Not out yet. Still WIP. Search VPS_SPIT in the user files there are many skins for the F1

Yees. it WIP and just overall looking testing.  A test to see how it will be result in DCS
You can see this is an unrealistic skin

There is also another clean version

Thanks, I have downloaded some skinpacks, would someone kindly tell me the file structure required to install please? There are no instructions in any of the packs I chose......

You need to install the additional livery folders into:

c:\Users\[youruser]\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\Mirage-F1CE

or DCS instead of DCS.openbeta if you use stable branch.
