Antenna Elevation Stuck upon loss of radar contact (axis wont move antenna anymore)

i found that in some cases (dont know exactly how to reproduce) after engageing and either losing or killing the target (radar loses lock) the antenna elevation can not be changed at all until either changing radar aspect or entering spotlight mode for a split second.

in the track attached you see me engage 2 targets one after the other. upon killing the first one, all is working fine, however after killing the second one the exact same way (RWS-SAM mode) the elevation of the antenna gets stuck and can not be moved until pressing TMS up to enter spotlight for a split second.

Can confirm exact same issue. Only have a large trackfile - willing to replicate later this week if not enough evidence is supplied.

I can confirm and i found a way to reproduce:
Put RWS > SAM mode (so single target bugged in RWS) > get close to contact enough to see the radar stop sweeping (in my test less than 10nm) > then turn and put the bugged contact out of gimbal > wait for the radar to loose track and the antenna is stuck.
To momentary fix the problem you can enter tws and go back to rws.
Attention to underlined step, if the radar is sweeping the bug doesn't happen, but you don't have to be so close that the radar switch to STT, the mode still have to be SAM with the azimuth blue lines visible.

By the way i want to take this opportunity to make my warmest congratulation to the Team to have finally nicely fixed the absolute axis re-zeroing!

can you please let us know what devices you are using and if you are using an axis or buttons for elevation.

So far when we try to reproduce we are unable

X56 throttle rotary axis for ANT ELEV here

if you say so, probably the bug is related to the latest fix about antenna.
On the previous issue only Flappie was able to reproduce

Since last update it happened lots of times when I was trying to adjust the ACQuisition cursor elevation numbers (upper and lower altitude) that they didn't want to move, not up and not down. From some to me unknow reason they was stuck. Then I have to change some other thing, like Azimuth or Bars, and then they start to move again.

Check from the video at 1min32sec, elevation freezes at -1/23. At 1:38 I switch Azimuth to 1, and you can see that the elevation numbers are suddenly at max (73/99), and from then on it works again.

This is happening very often. Something similar was happening few months ago, it was just that the elevation numbers suddenly dropped way bellow into minus (both numbers red). Just saying, maybe there is a connection between these 2 issues.

I've noticed that when changing the antenna elevation, the search altitude is not always updated on the FCR. Pressing the AA master mode button fixes the issue.

I think the issue starts when breaking a lock.

I noticed in multiplayer.

In version 2.7.18.30348, the antenna elevation is not always displayed correctly. It can be 'stuck'. The elevation can be changed, but the change is not visible until you press the AA master mode button twice.

Seems to happen after unlocking a target.
