I'm not the only one. There are a lot of people who cant do this. I checked Reddit. I contacted Discord and they just sent me back a webpage with instructions I already performed (and told them so). None the less, it is all working now.

No, because:
A. It is based off the Legacy Hornet, which is ED's IP.
B. The 3D External Model is licensed and not fully owned IP.
C. I'm not paying for commercial/consumer distribution software license. Whichever Boeing requires, if not both.
D. if A B and C weren't enough, I have cat gifs. *(Sorry Running Trend on our discord)*

Looks like latest DCS update broke the mod now. Cant get pylons to work. Some wont mount at all and you can only select two tanks never 3 except on the E models preset but if you ever make a change you lose the missile pylon entirely  Tried to change from Aim120C to Aim120D and welp deleted the missiles and now I cant mount anything there.

On my side it works as intended on Echo and Foxtrot.

Strange I did this on a fresh install and followed the install guide to a T and mine isn't. Could it be a bad download as the links are now down? Mine says it was version 2.4.2. I also noted the high vis tank pod option wont display. They display correctly like in your photos but once you click to change anything it breaks. I'll try to delete it and try again after redownloading from their discord. I have no other mods installed this is a new DCS install on a new drive on a new PC build so the only issue I can think of is its a bad download. 

EDIT: New download and still wont work. Did not have this issue with previous versions prior to doing a clean DCS install. Maybe I'll downgrade back a version. Decided to install SU-30 mod real fast to try and that one had zero issues.

EDIT: Think I figured it out. All the Preset Payloads are broken if you use or alter them. Only when going to a new loadout created from scratch will it work.

Oh, ok, I didn't try the presets because I always create my own loadouts.

Howdy, I just noticed the same thing even with a new loadout. I am doing a new download of the mod - I think I had it some months ago but never did much with it. Is there something other than doing a new loadout I need to be doing? I can not get the second tank to show no matter what I have tried. 

 

Edit: ok I heard the loadouts had to be wonky due to coding issues... Am I doing something wrong or can it not support a cheek TPOD and a corresponding wing drop tank? Or am I missing something?

If you want to carry a wing tank on the inner left station and the targeting pod on the left cheek station you have to load the wing tank by using the FUEL TANK menu for the left midboard pylon and then choose one of the STA 04 Fuel tank options.

It already is possible with some limitations, and some loadouts allows you to carry more weapons than the legacy hornet. If you mean, whether it will be ever possible to have 11 fully functional pylons, then the answer is: only with a completely own FM written from the scratch.
