sniperpr1 Posted January 14, 2023 Author Posted January 14, 2023 (edited) I did remove all the traces of the previous install. I'm going to re install the visual c++ runtime to see if that works. Where do I check the windows event logs?? Edited January 14, 2023 by sniperpr1
sniperpr1 Posted January 14, 2023 Author Posted January 14, 2023 Ok, I googled it and found the event logs, but I don't know how to find the necessary information in the event logs.

Unfortunately my Windows is in spanish, but I check Windows Logs here: Windows logs lots of unimportant items, so use the filter shown to see only errors. You can also filter by "Origin" to check for "Disk" errors, a healthy disk should have no messages from "Disk" For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB

sniperpr1 Posted January 14, 2023 Author Posted January 14, 2023 So, I checked the logs and the last event logged in the required categories was 1/10/23, and all the errors I received were yesterday, 1/13/23.
sniperpr1 Posted January 14, 2023 Author Posted January 14, 2023 In any case, this is the log I received: Log.evtx
