if its not possible. then I hope you would consider F-5F twin seat tiger 2. problem is there are so many people who don’t want to play multiplayer because they are not confident enough to play online. Having an F-5F and let him sit in the back getting some multiplayer experience would help that. thats why im excited for the F1 BE version. I can just take some friend who are new in the back and let him see and observe.

I noticed this Interesting Video of the Virtual Turkish Starts Team that uses their own custom-built NF-5A's and NF-5B's mods.  

Reading through some of the comments they mention: @SanalTurkYildizlari - We are in the process of making a T-38A/C/M, which will be available publicly once we finish it"

Besides, the T-38 is not an "F-5 variant". The F-5 is a T-38 variant.
Other than the 2nd seat / multicrew issue which has already been pointed out in this thread, there are also significant aerodynamic differences between both aircraft (such as the LERXs for example - not even the F-5A had those) which means a completely new flight model would be in order.
It would be an entirely new module indeed, not just a "$10 addon".

F-5As did have LERX - they were just considerably smaller. F-5A also did have LEFs.

T-38 would be neat but personally i'd rather see an F-5A or an earlier F-5E/E-2 before it
