Not surprised. I early adopted the original Virpil Collective (the ka50) when that came out a few years back. I recall ordering it about 5 minutes after the pre order released. That seemed to take forever to turn up.

Hopefully quicker this time.

Thanks for the pictures @corbu1 that's a great setup. Is that under  desk or have you got both parts of the Pro? Could you let me know the floor area it takes up roughly too please? My games room isn't huge and has a desk with my Truck Sim setup and another desk for work. Hopefully the floorboards will take the weight of it 🤣. If I do get one I may be onto you for how you mounted your collective too ha.

I have both parts, the seat and the stand, tied together. I have also a NLR single monitor stand, which I pimped to use two monitors and DIY made it 10cm wider to fit with the Flight Pro Stand.

I keep you updated on mounting the Virpil Apache grip and collective to the Seat….👍

Sorry BigNewy. Hopefully you'll get it soon. I ordered on the 1st day of preorder at about 9am.....not quite as fast as Mr Ferguson here who was ready at 0730 allegedly.

Edit: For anyone who's in the UK the grips should be arriving in Telford and start to go out early next week.

 

My Virpil Order number is   0211232338, which I presume is date of order 021123 and the build number  2338??
Can anyone relate that to be correct to their serial numbers??

Another 2 weeks 🙂

That won't be possible @Marshallman

My order number is below and my grip is 492.

Virpil told me that they're not shipped in order. Instead they'll despatch ones ordered from their own site which could be serials 1-99 then send the next lot, say 100-199 to their UK distributors and so on.

So even the person who ordered theirs first across all regions could end up with a serial higher than someone who ordered theirs the following day.

I placed the order on 20th October last year and it arrived yesterday along with the Counter balance kit I ordered at the same time. It's ser No. 426 if that helps anyone still waiting....

Got mine today (after DPD didn't bother on both saturday and sunday despite saying they would).

Lighter than I thought it would be. It's also a tight fit if you have big hands.

I messaged them and there was some production issue with the counter-balance kits so if your order contains it that might be why it's delayed. They should be ready to start shipping after 19th February unless something else prevents them

You ordered on EU-Store? 
There are reports from folks they already got the grip and the counterbalance kit ad well. I‘m wondering if this only for orders from EU-Store.
