Proper Charlie Posted July 29, 2023 Posted July 29, 2023 At least on the Normandy II map, I have noticed that the smoke effect from steam trains is now only appearing when you get very close. I don't think this was happening on builds as of a few weeks ago. It is not happening for e.g. "trigger.action.effectSmokeBig" smoke effects, which are still visible from miles away. 2

For WW2 missions this is very sad, as iin reality trains had the issue to be visible from far away. Rapierarch Posted August 4, 2023 Posted August 4, 2023 It is not only the train smoke also white fluid leaking smoke trail in planes is like that. This is absolutely irritating in war birds since damaged plane should have a visible trail. It stops rendering at a distance around 100m or 200m. 2
