mods conflict DCS crashes while loading carrier mission for F-18, weird shenanigans

Loading up a normal mission or campaign I am seeing nothing interesting happening. When I load up a mission or campaign that starts out on a boat, I get all sorts of problems: game crashing, hard crash, error messages of a scripting error that I seemingly cant get a screenshot of because my PC just craps out on me. This is a screenshot of the first mission of Raven One at the start. Ive noticed its like this on EVERY SINGLE CARRIER MISSION that spawns on the boat, and its not just Raven One...it happens on every single carrier mission regardless of campaign, mission or training exercise. I have not been able to find a thread mentioning this or it may be related to other crashes, but this is only happening in carrier ops only missions...and so far only tested the Hornet. It obviously looks like a scripting error. Ive tried repairing DCS, Ive removed all my mods, everything I could think of and it crashes. Ill try to get a cleaner log file if I can, but this one is fairly new.

Actually, quite a few posts have been mentioning that some mods, (Griphen, UH-60L....), got broken and are messing up ships after the latest patch. Repair etc. won't touch your Saved Games mods. I use a mod manager to handle those as well for full control.

I emptied my saved games folder specifically for this purpose. I dont put mods in the official folder.

Promise you, I have no mods installed. This is after renaming the saved games folder, still crashing on carrier with a script error. Seems like Ive had nothing but problems with DCS since Ive installed these winwing mip panels, and I cannot attribute this issue to them. I will admit I had the UH-60 mod installed that I forgot about, but this is basically a clean slate and problem still here.

that shouldnt be, and even deleted still its gumming up the carrier.

Please just rename your User/saved games/DCS folder entirely.

SRS is an external VOIP that I know nobody else has issues with. Same applies for DTC and Viacom.

Sigh... All text were gone, again...

I don't have this error.

These I have. Please ED, fix, they're been clogging up the logs for months now.

This one is interesting.

I'd do as @BIGNEWY suggests. Double check the anti-virus solution, and add DCS folders as an exclusion, (but I guess you've already done that), and perform a full slow repair.

I dont know why, I think its to run in openxr in vr instead of going through SteamVR or something like that. As for the F-16 stuff, I couldnt tell you exactly why that is, I dont have any sound mods for the viper installed nor do I have the F-16 Barak mod installed. This basically IS a clean install at this point, and Ive run repairs 3 times now. As for A/V suggestions, I dont run anything on this machine except for Windows Defender and even then DCS is already excluded. Guess Ill just uninstall and reinstall from scratch, see where that takes me as it probably would fix a lot of errors Ive been seeing. Ill report back when finished.

Trying to rename your saved game before you do anything else would be a wise idea.  Even a reinstall won't likely touch it and you'll be no further ahead.  It's pretty rare that a full re-install fixes anything that a slow repair won't.

Fresh reinstall of DCS. Everything fresh. BRAND NEW 100% download, first run of DCS after installing everything from scratch - no skins, no missions, no nothing other than downloaded from ED servers. No SRS ran, no SimApp, no Vaicom, no nothing but DCS...from the DCS launcher. It doesnt get any cleaner than this unless I reinstall Windows 11. Issue still persists. Old saved games folder deleted, old DCS main directory deleted. The only thing that didnt change was the location of where I installed DCS.

Ok, a second run of a few carrier missions seems to have cleared up so now I was able to get on the cat without crashing again. Something tells me Ill find the culprit tonight though, will report back.

Did you found what was the culprit?  I have the same problem with crashing with carrier missions?
