IceyJones Posted December 29, 2023 Posted December 29, 2023 While flying the dominent fury campaign in mission 12 on syria map, the sun shines THROUGH the water from below the landmass directly in the field of view, making landing pretty much impossible!
diditopgun Posted January 8, 2024 Posted January 8, 2024 Hi ! Happened to us yesterday in a MP dedicated server on Mariana's map at night. I don't know if it's related but it was full moon. Supernova or nuclear explosion effect like. Game played in last open beta MT mode. Saruman Posted January 13, 2024 Posted January 13, 2024 (edited) Hello, since latest update, flying during night, it seems light sources create some problems. This is how I see the light coming from a ship near the carrier. Same problem when flying above random urban cities, if I look towards them. Syria map, by the way. null Edited January 13, 2024 by Saruman
razo+r Posted January 13, 2024 Posted January 13, 2024 ST or MT? Any mods installed? If yes, have you already tried removing all mods from your installation and running a repair? Already tried emptying the metashader folders?
Saruman Posted January 13, 2024 Posted January 13, 2024 1) MT, I did not try ST. 2) No mods installed at all, I never use them 3) Yes, fresh fxo and metashaders
Saruman Posted January 13, 2024 Posted January 13, 2024 Nice thanks, Flappie. I'm curious. Do you know if it happens because of some graphic settings or only on certain videocards? Because a friend of mine does not have it (he's on Nvidia, I'm on AMD).
Flappie Posted January 13, 2024 Posted January 13, 2024 I'm on NVIDIA and I can reproduce this issue. I haven't found any setting responsible for this. It does not seem to happen over Caucasus. I saw it over Syria and PG. ---

Jarlerus Posted January 16, 2024 Posted January 16, 2024 I noticed this recently. Made 2 test mission with this bug on both Syria and PG. Recorded the issue.
