This above should still be up to date. Only difference afaik is you should go to "bin-mt" folder instead of "bin" (mt is for multithreading version of dcs). You can update to a specific version with DCS_Updater.exe update [version] Most recent is 2.9.3.51704 released Feb 22nd, so DCS_Updater.exe update 2.9.3.51704 from the bin folder in cmd should do the trick.
