Hi all.

I have requested the refund of the F-15 the last week but they have not answered me. Does anyone know what is the procedure for this? With this situation (razbam´s confict), I want to buy the Tomcat or the Apache.

I sent a ticket for purchases or payment issues but...

Hi, refunds can take 7 to 10 working days, if you do not hear anything by then please reply to the same support ticket. They are working as fast as they can

How about Steam refunds ? I own the module since Steam release. I want to buy an other module.

Steam have their own refund policy and we do not have any say in it. At this stage it is not possible to refund on steam.

nullYou log in with your ED account. Then you click on Create a new ticket. And enter the data as shown in the screenshots (highlighted in yellow). And then you need a little patience, as BigNewy has already written here, a processing time of 7-10 days is quite possible.nullnullnullnullnull

I just got my refund after 10 natural days. Once I got their first reply it was a very fast process. This people at support are working hard because they answered late at night and there is nothing between my time zone and the next 6 hours.

After 10 days I got my money back and invested it directly in the F16 module. After the first few hours with the F16 I realized that nothing compares to the Strike Eagle. You can't fly "1000 mile low level bombing missions" with the F16 with a load of four Mk 84 bombs.

One thing is certain for me. If any developer releases a new F15E module for DCS sometime in the future, I will buy it without giving it a second thought.

@Nicolaus123 Just curious, did Support notify you via email or another method? 

And I agree with you about a DCS version but I'm not really interested in a 2 seater, much prefer a F-15C. If they ever offer one I'll lay out the cash in a heartbeat.

If you have not had a reply after 10 working days ( Monday to Friday ) essentially two weeks, please reply to the same support ticket and ask politely for a status update. 

They are very busy but you have a support ticket and they will get to you.

I have received an email notification that my ticket has been updated. In the ticket system, I was informed that a refund can only be made to my internal account and asked if this was okay. I confirmed this in the ticket system and received my refund a few hours later.
