Yes please!! There are no good F-16A simulated currently on the market. With this collab between HB and IFE it could fill an enormus gap.

And BTW it's the perfect adversary for the future Mig-29A

I would even help to start a crowdfunding to get an F16 A. ED stated they wont develop any F16 variants.

That implies two possibilities. ED wants to have exclusively the only F16 for DCS, although they dont want to develop F16 variants.

Or ED does not care to have a second F16 by a third party developer. That would be the first step.

Hopefully sales of the MSFS F16A are good, so Heatblur considers to bring it to DCS.

But on the other hand, HB develops the 3d model for Indiafoxtecho. The follow up question is, does HB even have the rights to use it as their own?

Many questions for a desirable DCS product, many people would like to have on cold war themed servers. Fingers crossed for it to happen.

You all know the A isn’t exactly amazing right? It’s a perfect fit for MSFS given the more basic avionics suite. In DCS it would just be variety for variety’s sake. 
 

An A-6, now that would be cool.

You don't get why some prefer A versions? Lighter airframes, older avionics, cold war tech, more manual, more challenging piloting? Nothing? Not all love flying computers.

I never said I didn’t get it. I just don’t think we’re ever going to see the “Arcade free to play” level of selection just because a 3d model for an easy sell disposable module sim is being developed by DCS 3rd parties.

Which is fine, but not actually transferrable. (Cockpit counts as 3D model) So for the discussion of “bringing it to DCS” it’s all work that must be re done.

I really want a F-16A that can carry the AIM-7.
Like the F-16A blk15 MLU or F-16A blk20
Maybe it's a good choice.
