Decouple gunner from head movement

Is there a key bind for decoupling the gunner position from your head movement in VR so you can control the gun with your HOTAS instead, such as you can in the Mi-8?

same question for trackIR  would prefer to operate the guns with a mouse   TOO out of view with IR.. Also, how do you get the gunners to FIRE on their own?  like the uh-1 does. Thanks

Should be in the options menue. Special, CH-47F, Gun Aiming Method set to Gun aimed with controller only

And how can i move the Gun with the Mouse? I can shoot with left Mouse Buttom but not Move the Gun ?

I am using TrackIr and face the problem that I have to pause the headtracking to use the mouse for aiming/steering the gun.
Using the special setting option is no solution because then the mouse doesn't affect the gun anymore and there's no way to bind it in controls setting as the  mouse inputs are greyed out there.

@Flappie these guys are requesting mouse control of doorguns, with decoupled player view, just like joystick control of doorguns, especially using them in VR..

In the TrackIR software under "HotKeys", use the drop down menu to select "pause", and assign a key.

Personally I use Scroll Lock, never seems to be bound by DCS by default
