Another static template for FOB's in the Kunar and Nuristan Provinces. Steep terrain with some OP's with commanding views. OP Stallion is worth a visit in VR! Includes Static template for FOB's in the Kunar and Nuristan Provinces around 2010-2012

- COP Fortress
- COP Keating (closed 2005 added as a memorial)
- COP Korengal
- COP Michigan
- COP Honaker-Miracle
- OP Kornegal 1 (near COP Korengal)
- OP Kornegal 2 (near COP Korengal)
- OP Restrepo (near COP Korengal)
- OP Stallion (near FOB Bostick)
- OP Clydesdale (near FOB Bostick)
- OP Mace (near FOB Falcon)
- OP Fritsche (near COP Keating)
- OP Switchback (near COP Keating)
- OP JoJo (Nera COP Honaker-Miracle)
- Turbine 3-3 Crash site (added as a memorial)
The high altitude nature of these sites make for some challenging rotary action, and difficult CAS missions due to the steep valley's

Man This is awesome!   I cannot load them though - I may be doing something wrong.  Your first round of templates worked great for me - but when I load these it will not allow me to save the mission (saves as 0kb) or let me in to "fly mission" in the ME.  

I've tried different variations of missions, to include new missions entirely, and nothing works.  I've even gone and deleted outposts one by one - getting rid of them all and it doesn't fix it.  

What could I be doing wrong?

Seems like you're missing the required mods. Most likely this one:

Ok found the error remove the VAB at FOB Joyce and it will works, Sorry I'll correct it when I get home.

Corrected the error and removed the Mod that snuck in!

Also adds COP Honaker-Miracle and OP JoJo.

i see it is intial point supposed, but i cannot see these in tne ME editor

Not sure I understand what you mean .. I use the EDIT - LOAD STATIC TEMPLATE menu command of the ME, I don't have Afghanistan yet (waiting for resolution of ED-RB conflict before purchasing), but on Sinai I get this:

Static templates do not load the draw overlay(I wish they did), you will ahve to add that for your missions yourself. there are ways of importing my KMZ into the mission as markup using nuetral IP points.

Hi Pene, are you planning to release one combined version, or do we need to add all the templates individually?

I can release a combined one, I kept them seperate to allow people to keep their object count low if they need to.

DM me the pictures and I can add it. some places have stock commercial/industrial textures at the location whick makes it hard to work around but I'll take a look.

Yeah in the PM I don't have any reliable shots. Nice pic though but that's how it looked anyway back then or when this was taken.

I prefer to have this kind of Template separate, for more flexibility when editing missions ... you only load those that are within the mission's area of operation. If a user needs the whole map fully populated, he can simply load all templates one after the other, and then save the resulting mission.

Yes I’ll keep them seperate but also create a full map version template as well.
