I'm not able to use any of the functions on the SA page that were available in the previous DCS release now, none of function keys on the DDI show a reference function when the SA page is selected. Anyone else seeing this?

without any other info provided, i.e. a log or a track, you have a mod conflict. you should at least consider removing mods and run a repair.

And another user just asked the same question in the F-18 section and the problem is indeed a mod.  So remove your F-18 related mods and you should be good to go.

I don't use any mods. Just ran a repair and still have the same issue. Have I simply forgoten to turn something on, been 2 weeks since I last fired up the sim... I'll post additional info tomorrow, thanks for all the responses so far.

Repair doesn't touch mods In Saved Games. Rename the mods folder there and try again.
Cheers!

What Max said, and without a dcs.log or trackfile we're all shooting blind with the most likely issues.  I'd give it at least 90% odds that it's a mod issue.  What colour is the writing on your SA page screen?  If it's not green then it's 100% a mod and that's the issue.

Same issue, no mods, writing is green.

Same issue: no track, no log so no idea what your issue is.

And anyone that's been around the forums for any length of time takes "no mods installed" with a large number of grains of salt based on previous experience where people who have claimed that have turned out to have "forgotten" mods installed.  May not be the case in your issue, but that's part of the reason we want to see a log.

So fired up the sim today and no issues. No idea what caused the issue or what solved it. I did try starting the sim without my WinWing Top Gun MIP and peripherals and noticed that the SA page was back to normal. Following this , I then reattached the MIP and peripherals (HOTAS etc.) and all was good again. I'll post again if the issue reoccurs but I suspect it was a hiccup with the SimAppPro app. Thanks for all the response so far, much appreciated.

Sorry, was on travel and just got back to posting.  Here is the screenshot and log file.  No mods running.  I typically use OVGME to turn on/off and had nothing selected.

You'd be surprised the number of users who claims this. 😉You have tons of IC errors relating to he F/A-18C, which means you have mods. Perform a full slow repair, and if that doesn't work, rename your DCS folder in Saved Games. If that works you have mods you've forgotten about. A repair doesn't touch Saved Games! 😉

As a side note, you have parked logical cores. Look up other threads on how to fix that.

Cheers!

100% agree with what MAXsenna said.  That's a LOT of IC errors which suggest that the mod was installed into core rather than saved games.  It also was showing IC error on Aim-120.lua and Aim-9X.lua near the top of the log so a slow repair to clean it all out and reset things back to base is your 1st step.

Wow-that's weird.  I purposefully used OVGME to avoid that problem.  Thank you for taking a look and the tips!

Slow rebuild-fixed SA page.

Edited my registry to disable core parking.  Runs super smooth now-thanks!

Do you have OvGME setup for both Saved Games mods and Core installation mods?

Looks like just for core-I set it up per the instructions.  I didn't think about setting it up for saved games.  I'll give that a try.
