NEW FLARES: they make you go hovering while supercruise. :shocking: Man, new flares just means they look different to the actual Flares and to me at least, more realistic. FPS Hit? Dude, you just have to take a look at the OP's picture of the flares and see that they are remarkably different from the original ones, no real explanation is needed once you see the picture.
