Viking 1-1 Posted Sunday at 05:11 AM Posted Sunday at 05:11 AM (edited) Looks very promising! Finally the practice with airliners pays off.... Tom Kazansky Posted Sunday at 09:55 AM Posted Sunday at 09:55 AM Posted it elsewhere already, those videos are exactly what I want to see before release. Show us how things work in practice. Not more not less. Awesome indeed! Also like the tone of you both working together. 5
YoYo Posted Sunday at 11:04 AM Posted Sunday at 11:04 AM It would be nice if the co-pilot (AI) were interactive as well. Here's an example from multicrew, but what about the SP and the AI's conversation? For example, the approach countdown should be given by AI too: 1000, 750, 500, etc. 2 Webmaster of http://www.yoyosims.pl Win 10 64, i9-13900 KF, RTX 5090 32Gb OC, RAM 64Gb Corsair Vengeance LED OC@3600MHz,, 3xSSD+3xSSD M.2 NVMe, Predator XB271HU res.2560x1440 27'' G-sync, Sound Blaster Z + 5.1, TiR5, [MSFS, P3Dv5, DCS, RoF, Condor2, IL-2 CoD/BoX] VR fly only: Meta Quest Pro
Jester986 Posted Sunday at 01:36 PM Posted Sunday at 01:36 PM ASC should get this to some “other” sim YouTubers. Could bring a lot over into DCS. 1

"Into The Blue Simulations" would be great. He's a pilot and knows his stuff big time. He does great reviews. Love to hear what he thinks of the C-130. 3 Some of the planes, but all of the maps!

The reason ralfidude and some others have it is they have had the alpha for a while to make tutorials and stuff but was under embargo until pre-sale kicked off. He just had the most complete thing at that point and was able to get out there first. Otherwise there'd be no way he and his crew bro would be that proficient on the FMS and flying the airplane as they are. They've clearly had it for a while to get to that skill level. 1 1

Makes total sense. I just thinking getting it in front of the airline crowd would be good for the module and DCS. 1

That's Tricker (pretty sure I know which airpline he flies for) and Casmo (former KW and Apache guy, now flies charter 737 I believe) and other cool kids like BluGames. I think Ralfi is still in school studying engineering. Low confidence in the veracity of that. I think he tried to go military a few years ago but something went awry. crappyity vision perhaps? You say they clearly had it for a while, but that may not necessarily be the case. The FMS is just a FMS, anyone with anytime flying airliners in Xplane or MSFS will be comfy with inputting data into that. Finally the skills some of us have been honing for years in civilian flightsims are finally transferrable to DCS. ( hopefully we can keybind out Winwing FMS buttons to the Hercs FMS. Will make things so much quicker I am hoping they are doing quite a few videos mind you, this landing was great, and while it may not show things blowing up, it was still a very enjoyable video and got me excited to fly the Herc. I may not be great at A2A but logistics flying it’s right up my alley. 1 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Fighter pilots make movies, Attack pilots make history, Helicopter pilots make heros. :pilotfly: Corsair 570x Crystal Case, Intel 8700K O/clocked to 4.8ghz, 32GB Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 3200 MHZ Ram, 2 x 1TB M2 drives, 2 x 4TB Hard Drives, Nvidia EVGA GTX 1080ti FTW, Maximus x Hero MB, H150i Cooler, 6 x Corsair LL120 RGB Fans And a bloody awful Pilot
