There's no information yet on whether it will be available immediately. The NS430 hasn't appeared in Wags's videos yet. Of course, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for it to be added immediately, but if it's available a month or two after the launch of EA, it'll be fine too, because I'll have time to get to know the module . Yes, but both the 2D popup module (which has the NS430's "logic", etc.) https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/shop/modules/ns430/ and MiG-29 Cockpit NS430 Plugin (which enables the DCS "hooks" that support the 3D NS430 in cockpit model) are required for the "best" VR experience. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/shop/modules/ns430_mig-29a/ 8 hours ago, JunMcKill said: ... looks like is not a flat 2D screen! It isn't, the 3D model also has less of a FPS impact than the 2D popup when in use. i9 9900K @4.8GHz, 64GB DDR4, RTX4070 12GB, 1+2TB NVMe, 6+4TB HD, 4+1TB SSD, Winwing Orion 2 F-15EX Throttle + F-16EX Stick, TPR Pedals, TIR5, Win 11 Pro x64, Odyssey G93SC 5120X1440
Jexmatex Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Currently facing a strange behavior, i have a caucasus sandobx mission where i have the NS430 in my cockpit, and it works a friend have his own caucausus sandbox and the ns430 show, no GPS connections we check the date of the mission they are both in 2025 (on germany i found that if you are in 1987 before gps it wont get any connection but if you put a recente date it works) any idea where in mission editor to allow GPS positioning ? thanks by advance
scitaborea Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago (edited) There are two things that I check in the mission editor for the GPS to work. First (as you mentioned), change the date, make sure that it is a year that would allow GPS. Early 80s on the cold war Germany map, for instance, will not. Second in mission options, you can check an option to allow unrestricted satellite yadi yada. Edited 7 hours ago by scitaborea
