Those Anyone have a profile for Ch products so I can go fast and past this tedius process:joystick: Anyways Thankz plp <S>
Frederf Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 I have a fully 64 bit system (hardware + Win7 64) and my TrackIR5 works with with several games. You might be experiencing a non-detection of the DCS-A10 exe though.
diveplane Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 same issue for me ,waiting on 64bit driver set https://www.youtube.com/user/diveplane11 DCS Audio Modding.
rocketeer Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Track IR supposedly doesn't work with 64 bit version right now. Uninstall and reinstall to include the 32 bit version. Even after that, you need to run the 32 bit version and the Track IR as adminstrator. My A10C cockpit thread

Cool Doing as we speak I dont know If iam doing correct but I leave the 64 and put another copy of the game with both. Should I unistall cause of the serail number and the time limits to use it??
kylania Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 If you only installed the 64bit DCS A-10C, then reinstall over itself (this time including 32bit files) and use the DCS A-10C_x86 shortcut to start the game and TrackIR will work. diveplane Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 i will wait for 64 bit support hoping it comes https://www.youtube.com/user/diveplane11 DCS Audio Modding.
kylania Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 i will wait for 64 bit support hoping it comes It's coming, but there's no noticeable difference (at least for me) between 32bit and 64bit DCS, so no sense in not running x86 and enjoying TrackIR till NaturalPoint finished their programming. :) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Christmas Cheer - A Landing Practice Mission : Beta Paint Schemes : HOTAS Keyboard Map : Bingo Fuel - A DCS A-10C Movie

ZaltysZ Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 Even after that, you need to run the 32 bit version and the Track IR as adminstrator. No you don't. I don't run TrackIR or any game with admin rights, and they work fine. Wir sehen uns in Walhalla.
Greb Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 Money is a little tight right now, but Trackir is next on my list. It will be a must for this sim. Everytime I see a vid with trackir I have to grit my teeth! The thumb and hat switch technique is getting pretty old!
andysim Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 +1 for head tracking. Would rather lose a limb than TIR.:megalol::megalol:

If you plan on buying Tir and are short on money, get the Trackclip first and start tinkering with Freetrack. Works like a charm (depending on your webcam, that is) and you don't need to get all the cash upfront.
dc338 Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 I'm having a problem with the sim not recognizing my profile hot keys. It loads the everything in the profile I select (the head movement part) except it retains the standard F7 F9 F12 keys not the ones in the profile. Any suggestions?
HiJack Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 When you install TrackIR and is going to use this all the time you don't need the numerick keypad to switch around in the cockpit. Remove all assignments of NUM1, NUM2, NUM3, NUM4, NUM6, NUM7, NUM8 and NUM9. Do not remove the keymapping for NUM5 as this resets your cockpit view. Then map TrackIR to NUM4, NUM5 and NUM6 instead of the function keys. Make sure you select NUM5 as the view reset in TrackIR also. Now start the SIM and press NUM5 and you should reset your cockpit view and the TrackIR view. Works like sharm ;) 2

MasterZelgadis Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 Have the same problem and tried to check the exclusive box. Didn't work. Fortunately I never had to reset the TrackIR via F12 (Alt-F12 in my case) yet "Sieh nur, wie majestätisch du durch die Luft segelst. Wie ein Adler. Ein fetter Adler." http://www.space-view.net
Lixma 06 Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 The Track IR software is getting confused with multiple DCS games installed. It will use Black Shark's profile if you have Black Shark installed. Any profile you set for Warthog in the games list will be ignored. This might explain why some people are 'losing' their desired hotkeys.

Crazyowl Posted October 28, 2010 Author Posted October 28, 2010 CH profile http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=60027 wow tnhkz m8 i needed this. <S> I have a problem with TRACK IR and I can see if someone can help me here. My problem is I have my Camera in top of my monitor a little higher than me. I use to have the clip form the side of the head but I have to use a headphones to grab it. So a few days ago I change to the clip in top of a hat, and it work well a couple of days until the last few days Iam having this problem: When I look up my signal get lost I see the dots that go to red it only go to 30º to 40º and get lost. So I try to put the camara a little higher sticking it to the wall but it felt :megalol: ups so I put it back in the monitor. Anyone knows is this common or my product is getting old, should I try to put the camara higher or what distance should I be, Iam normaly 3.5 feet out? This Track ir is 4 years old and for me it work fine until these, and is updates. ok so I dont know what else to do but to try to stickit better to the wall to get a higher reseption for when I look up the camara can pick more, but the down side is when I look down is harder or lost signal. Well I hope I make it clear  <S> All
