That's what my wife asked me when she wondered why I've been so excited recently! Seriously, I haven't enjoyed flight simming this much for years, and believe me, I've been doing it for years now!

 

The BS and A10C titles are just simply outstanding. I have waited my entire 39 years for a decent hardcore technical simulation to be possible at home. I can safely say that using this software and steadily learning all about the systems and operations is as much fun as the last 15 years I've spent in real aviation! Many hours in real aircraft and simulators, my work chums are wondering why I still want to do it when I get home again!!!

 

Now then, a nice TMWH from Santa would make for a very happy new year!!! :megalol: WIFE!!! Time for you to do some online shopping. God knows you've had enough practice!!! :doh:

I donno, gaming is becoming more popular for young women these days. Back at school my roommates GF would talk trash on the headset while my roommate and I played Halo 3. Suffice to say the usually offensive and racist comments of X-box live players quickly changed once they heard a female voice. It was good fun. :lol: But I also witnessed the downside when she wasn't to pleased he was gaming. :helpsmilie:

Yeah, relationships are like aircraft, they need maintenance from time to time, and when they get antsy you may have to sweet talk to get them to do what you want.

 

I find that if my wife is playing her own game (xbox) she doesn't mind that I fly. But just don't let her catch you playing when she comes home from work or you will cop it big time!

It's flights Sims or Harley Parts. Flight sims are cheaper. Been married for 21 years...my wife can't turn a computer on. I think she figures if I'm at the house playing on the computer I won't be off somewhere else.

If she get hooked, you ll have to:

Care for her computer,

Upgrade at least 2 computers and when you upgrade your she ll want to know why hers isn t getting an upgrade too;

Been the one that want to do another thing while she want to play any game;

Play the game she want because she want to play with you (replacement for you looking at the monitor and not her);

 

 

The bonus is:

You can play much more than a regular husband/boyfriend;

She will truly understand upgrade meaning and objective;

She will undestand 5 seconds atatement that are more than 5 seconds;

Have an easy way to find her gifts;

 

Put it on a scale and pick your side, gamer / non gamer.
