Steel Jaw Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 (edited) I find that rather unlikley... :D ...but will go see. Thanx. LOL...sloooow d/l, half the planet must be getting it right now. Nate--IRL-- Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 (edited) If you feel like experimenting to get it to work in with TIRv5, try copying NPClient.dll and NPClient64.dll to the TIRv5 directory. It may or may not work, or even completly corrupt v5, I don't know, do so at your own risk. HOWEVER, it would be best to wait for a final v5 version. Kirk Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 Can somebody confirm that the 64bit thing works ? I tryed it with the TrackIR Software 4 and DCS A10C Beta 3 64bit and had no success. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Admin Kirks-Hangar Multiplayer Server. Keep calm and fly on!:pilotfly:
Joyride Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 The NP driver loaded fine, track IR running, but A10 64-bit isn't recognizing it (ie: Track IR not working and not showing up in the in-game controls settings)
Lixma 06 Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 No joy here, either. Just a red light of doom and a crash if I try to view 'heads'.
Joyride Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 Not working for me either. Track IR running fine with the v4 update, but not recognized in game.
Nate--IRL-- Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 Hmm, try updating the "Game updates" in the TIR software itself. Nate Ka-50 AutoPilot/stabilisation system description and operation by IvanK- Essential Reading
Joyride Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 the driver/update and Track IR runs fine for me, but still not recognized in-game (64 bit A-10, beta 3).

Ragtag Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 (edited) i can't get this to work with TrackIR 5 at all. Edit: Just found out that it crashes if you copy profiles from TIR 5 software into this one. But it does'nt work with DCS A-10 x64 anyways :P Anyways, i opened up a bug thread over at naturalpoint: http://forum.naturalpoint.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=45089#Post45089 Edited December 9, 2010 by Ragtag [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] I7 3930K. 16Gb Corsair Vengeance 1866mhz. BTTW-DratsaB Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 I'm guessing the 64bit version is backward compatible with 32bit applications?
