Beta 4 works great for me, I can wait a long time at this point. As long as ED can keep improving stuff in the meantime while Track IR is being investigated. Maybe even more polish for Beta 5 will be in the works. Either way, take your time... loving every minute of it.

This forum, if you do your searches, is most Powerful and helpful,All are trying to help in producing the best flight sim Ever. Thats why it is Beta, I feel for the Moderators, Same ????over and over. Then you get the inpatient and otherwise Ass holes who like the young of today, want instant results!!! IT IS A BETA!! Search for answers, Breathe Deep, and Relax. If you can learn ALL of this Sim within a Year, then hats off to you, otherwise, study and learn, it is a Sim, not a Game. I admit , I have so much to learn, I have been here since Beta was released, Best advice!!! Study and be patient, But Also have FUN!!Cheers, Jim:book:

Guess it was not, Was Yours??? I know many Good young people, but instant Gratifiction does seem to be #1. Umm... are you serious? I'm guessing not, but your post seemed even more serious than MrReynold's which was widely misinterpreted, so it probably can't hurt to link to some explanation of that particular expression.

well maybe not a good news, imagine that they need to rewrite all the tir routines (code) and modules, that may take up to one week + the time it will take for NP to find what's wrong.

I read those updates as being 'issues in beta 5 that need to be resolved before it can be released', rather than 'every single issue in the game except for TIR'.

It is. All other items for a Beta 5 have been resolved except TIR working. We have sent a test program to NP to help diagnose the problem but have yet to hear anything back from them.

 

So do we get some more bugs fixed in b5 or is there a Development freeze on it and you are working on B6 already?
