skouras Posted January 13, 2011 Posted January 13, 2011 .Impact;1074730']For me, personally, it is definitly a missing feature that must be added. Ever heard of Clipboards ?! Falcon 4.0 had them and in DCS A-10 they would be damn usefull for all the frequencies and other stuff you have to remember during flight. Just think about TACAN codes... So PLEASE ED, PLEASE give our pilot some legs with a pair of Clipboards on it. This is must have feature for our beloved A-10. You probally thought: "If we add legs, we also must add arms. And if we add arms, you can't see all the gauges and can't use all the switches etc..." My opinion: Forget about the arms, they are unnecessary but a cockpit without some legs... looks just like something is missing.:thumbup::thumbup: [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]W10(64bit)Asus Rog Strix Z370-F - i7 8700K - Dark Rock Pro 4 - 16 giga ram Corsair vengeance 3000 - MSI RTX 2070 Super - Asus Rog Phobeus soundcard - Z906 Surround speaker - Track ir5 - HOTAS Warthog

Major SNAFU Posted January 13, 2011 Posted January 13, 2011 Nah...it just got boring: I'm married. Women always need a full rampstart and it gets tiresome. HA! Mower, I thought your first post above about mustering the performance was great - but this one tops the charts. Full rampstart indeed... *but*, do you need a starter-cart?:music_whistling:
Steel Jaw Posted January 13, 2011 Posted January 13, 2011 Starter cart? Hell, let the gorund crew themselves "take care of her"...lemme go FLY !! "You see, IronHand is my thing" My specs: W10 Pro, I5/11600K o/c to 4800 @1.32v, 64 GB 3200 XML RAM, Red Dragon 7800XT/16GB.

Saves you alot of time! :D That don't cut it with the prone-to-violence-cop-wifey: she expects full service...and usually gets it, or else. As a side note, she does pay for my pc upgrades up to $1800 every 2 years, so I do get "paid". Steel Jaw Posted January 13, 2011 Posted January 13, 2011 Castration? No. But marriage brings limitations and boundaries. and, in my case, $1800 pc upgrades every second November. But i told her she could redo one of our storage rooms into a walk-in closet. If she didn't complain about me playing simulators. The next day she had a walk-in closet, and she still haven't complained.. i7 8700K | GTX 1080 Ti | 32GB RAM | 500GB M.2 SSD | TIR5 w/ Trackclip Pro | TM Hotas Warthog | Saitek Pro Flight Rudder [sigpic]http://www.132virtualwing.org[/sigpic]

hog_driver111th Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 If we could get legs in the pit, can we have the head of the pilot in MP move up and down also? It'd be great for no-comm takeoffs... just nod your head to release brakes. Mustang Posted January 23, 2011 Author Posted January 23, 2011 Heres how it might look (screenshot taken of the pit from external view) i really like the way the shadow casts itself there, makes me wish we had the same effect in the actual cockpit.
rockme Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 Yes I really whish we can have a Pilot there like in DCS Black shark!!
element1108 Posted January 23, 2011 Posted January 23, 2011 Unless my left leg had airport diagram/checklist/frequency notes in super high rez that I could refer to I don't really care to see a virtual leg that blocks some key switches for quick access whilst flying. It's nice, but gimmicky I think...but that's just me ;).
