I believe it was a driver issue for the most part, you now see people using the default HDR textures with the 11.6 driver and their problems seem to have gone away :)

This is not an issue with the drivers, it's like some kind of 'z-fighting' within the graphics engine, something ED needs to sort out on their end (you'll find that nVidia users get this issue too) edit: heres a good example http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=1220856&postcount=24

Since 11.5 or 11.4 I think Thats pretty bad for you :( nearly everyone else i've spoken to with a 6xxx card have had no issues since 11.6... what is your uninstall procedure? do you uninstall/clean the driver out of the OS or install over the top of the previous ones?
