Yeah I was concerned about that too, although it doesnt bother me at all, its a fictional skin based on a scheme you might see during WWII where you would see the swastika on the rudder. I probably will include it in the final unless I see a good argument for not including it.

I am not arguing the fact, although I am a little surprised none the less, but certainly would do nothing but respect the wishes of ED.

 

And in fairness the german law quoted seems to be based on more of using such symbols in the way they were used back during WWII which I am not doing at all. My intentions were innocent, not promoting of the Nazi political views.

 

Either way, I have no problem submitting the skin without that symbol.

They wont host it, which is fair, the distribute to the entire world, including places that may still have ill feelings towards that symbol... and its just the swastika nothing else...

You can do what you will :thumbup: It would be nice NOT to see anyone here get into any kind of trouble with ED or legally just because of someone's good intentions. While wanting to recreate a skin that reflects a historical piece is great and all, sometimes they are best left out. Case in point. I bet the skin w/o the swastika ED would accept, since that is what Mr Groove asked you to remove. Just my 2 cents.
