Mig 25

 

I think that Mig 25 will be ideal next russian plane. Its fast with good high altituede performance, he is well documented and will ofer some new combat tactics in the game.

SU-35. We already have a SU-27, it may not have a clickable cockpit but we still have one. The SU-35 is an upgraded SU-27 so its like having the 27 but better. Plus who wouldn't want to fly the "Last Flanker"

I voted for the foxbat a long time ago in this poll, and it stands true. The raw power that thing can produce would be marvelous. I find myself giggling like a little girl sometimes while flying the F-86, because its simply the fastest aircraft at a DCS level and it feels so empowering, not to mention immersive, to fly at nearly supersonic speeds with complete control over the jet.

 

I'm sure it won't be coming any time soon, however, just by looking at the results of the forum. I'll admit its not a very popular jet.

 

Nonetheless, I wait eagerly for whatever might come, because there's yet to be a DCS module that hasn't impressed the hell out of me.

I would like the next fixed wing Russian plane to be the Mig-15bis. Someone is making the Super Sabre and there are other Vietnam era Blue rides on the way. Red will need a fighter for that era. I think that the Mig-17F or Mig-17PF would be the logical Red side workhorse, to counter the Vietnam era Blue rides.

I actually had to think which one I wanted more. Yes, either one is fine by me. :D But...I think they ought to do justice to the plane and the community that help put them on the map. Anyone remember original Flanker? :P

Well I voted for the SU-27 Flanker.

 

But I also like the SU-33 Flanker-D for Carrier Ops

But they must be fully click-able cockpits and at least 60% full working avionics.

 

For the SU-33 it must be Carrier Operational.

ED has all info on the 9.12 apart wind tunnel data. Will we see it at a DCS level? Nope... same goes for allmost all jets in the russian airforce. Belive me i would be over the moon if ANY mulitrole modern(90s onward) russian jet could come out....

Military secrets are hard to come by and even harder to make public. Unless ED has a contract where part of the contract specifys that the public can have access to it (a-10c) then its a no go. Sad but thats the reality of it... being a mig29 fan it breaks my hart....
