If you're into fixing things. (Obs! You don't have to!) I have thought about this one, the INU update method switch, under the PVI-800 keypad. Why not name one mode, I-251V (Shkval) and the other Fly Over, as stated by the manual. Or does INU-Update makes sense to you guys?

I have a little question about the glass of the ABRISS, is it normal the purple glass reflection on my ABRISS, is it a bug or is it normal ?

Actually, it's normal. It's a reflection of wall panel. It can be changed or, the reflection amount can be reduced, of course. :)

Pardon my ignorance, but is there some way this updated cockpit could me mixed with the Russian letters of the original cockpit or if somebody did a mod for that? The textures look amazing from the photos, but I kinda prefer the cockpit to be in Russian.. Thanks.

I could be misunderstanding, but I too would love to have all of the updates to this cockpit fixing/tweaking issues found by everyone, but also have the cockpit language in Russian. I could be wrong, but I'm assuming since the download shows Date modified: 19.11.2012 17:49:36, that the fixes aren't in the Russian version?

If it is OK I can upload my edit that contains Original Ricardo's work with MIP mapping redone on most textures so shimmering goes away on texts and also I have Devrim Fixes. I have it in Blue-English.

 

Is Ricardo still around?

I too don't think it's updated with all fixes.

 

In a few weeks, I'll take time to work on this Black Cockpit again and release with all updates.

 

I'll replace the fonts first. I'll use the font that used in Mi-8 panels. While doing this I'll re-type the Ka-50 labels etc.

 

But I wasn't planing about Russian lang. But, let me take a look, what I can do about it.

It's a bit hard to locate all these different variations in various threads. Some sticky might be useful or at least one Ka-50 thread might list all of these in the first post. Just saying :)

Guys, I have done some little things, and have been using it for a while. This weekend I did last touches and uploaded to ED Userfiles as version 2...

Waiting for an approve by a moderator, when done, I'll give the link and update 1st post.

 

 

A few things;

* Some marks on gauges,

* New font for dash gauges,

* New warning lights font,

* Feet and Knots circles on AirSpeed and Altimeter gauges.

You may think that they're separate mods. So, you don't need v1 to install v2 (I'll write note to make clear it in 1st post.) - Thank you.
