Pyroflash Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 World's smallest, least effective nuke. Actually, it did kick up a lot of dust, just didn't damage any buildings :D I really liked the vid though, good work. If you aim for the sky, you will never hit the ground.

kelusk Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 There are few words to describe how awesome that video is, you said it was 'very big and ambitious' well you bit off more than you could chew, then you chewed it :D You really don't have as many views and subscribers as someone with your skill ought to have. Awesome stuff, can't wait to see more.
Laurius Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Great and nicely done vid ! As always, music plays an essential part in it. I can't imagine the amount of work needed to achieve this... What is the town where the main action is taking place ? Is it Seattle ? Cheers Asus P8Z68 Deluxe, Intel Core i7-2600K (3.4 GHz), Corsair Vengeance 2x4096 Mo DDR3 1866 MHz, SSD 120 Go Vertex 2, EVGA GeForce GTX 970 FTW ACX 2.0 4Go (04G-P4-2978-KR), TM HOTAS Warthog #03797 (MB replaced), Saitek Combat Pro Rudder, TrackIR 5, TM Cougar MFDs with Lilliput 8" UM 80

This one definitely took the longest to make haha, thanks man :) Man, that was epic! Really enjoyed that; congratz! Thanks Axion! There are few words to describe how awesome that video is, you said it was 'very big and ambitious' well you bit off more than you could chew, then you chewed it :D You really don't have as many views and subscribers as someone with your skill ought to have. Awesome stuff, can't wait to see more. Thanks for the kind words kelusk :) There shall be more to come! Great and nicely done vid ! As always, music plays an essential part in it. I can't imagine the amount of work needed to achieve this... What is the town where the main action is taking place ? Is it Seattle ? Cheers Thanks! For me its basically impossible to do any kind of voice dialogue with my vids so yeah music is a huge part in moving my story along :) Correct it is Seattle, there was a recent patch for Take on Helicopters that enabled ArmA to be usable within the ToH engine. Better clouds, lighting, view distances, etc makes for a good movie! Arma engine looks so great :clap_2: Cant wait to see what i can do with ArmA 3 :) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Witchking Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Great job. man! Imagine if DCS World looked like that. That would be insane. I think this is what ED should look to for inspiration in the graphics dept. Those clouds, the buildings, the special effects....people animation...everything is top notch. Wolfie Posted October 6, 2012 Posted October 6, 2012 Awesome. I'm so sick of only being able to fly in DCS. We need ground troops / sea vessels. If a 12 year old game engine can do it, why can't DCS? DCS should be the successor to Arma. "Isn't this fun!?" - Inglorious Bastards "I rode a tank, held a general's rank / When the Blitzkrieg raged, and the bodies stank!" - Stones.
