Good landing David. To make things even more enjoyable you can simulate a failure of the HUD and MFCD's (edit mission in singleplayer) and land trough the fog again

This is the first sim I've played and ever even attempted to land via instruments. This my first. Need to practice some more. Thing is, I was so happy after this I didn't want to ruin any further attempts by crashing, again.

My first, and only ILS landing.

Nice landing, David. Also got the sim two weeks ago and the first thing I did after a couple of VFR flights is land the damn thing in the rain and fog. Even managed to do it on the first try using ILS.

Guys, why on earth do you listen constantly to the morse ID?

Just listen to the ID once when preparing the receiver to verify correct frequency and then mute it. Instrument approaches are a difficult task to accomplish. You really don't need beeping distractions that bring absolutely no information anymore at the time you establish the localizer. ;)
