Just pulled the trigger and bought the Crosswind pedals. Will see them towards the later part of June. Woot!

 

Gonna order mine in June, hope to get them by August!

 

I still haven't flown with them but they feel so much nicer than my Saiteks. You will be quite happy.

 

Glad I bought them before I found out I needed a new A/C system for the house. :cry:

I have been flying DCS A10 C now for about 3 months without rudder pedals. Just got the MFG

Crosswinds. What a difference!!! So glad I waited for Milan's fine product. These are a solid,

high quality build. Well worth the price and the wait!!! Thank you Milan!

Lol, I am in a similar situation but mine is based on comfort!

So we moved at the end of Feb to our new home, and have been getting settled in and organized. We downsized considerably, so don't have the space we once had - both my wifes and my offices are now in the garage, and the climate here is rather warm now, so the garage can get pretty toasty during the day.

 

But having air conditioning installed this weekend, so by next week it should be all climate controlled, and I can finally get all my stuff up and running again.

Really looking forward to getting back into my DCS flying and enjoying these new Crosswinds again!

Well, my A/C is installed and I went ahead and pulled the trigger on a new mobo/CPU/memory set and a 40" 4k monitor. So now it is time to get the sim room set up.

 

With luck I should be flying again in less than two weeks.

But don't tempt me about a new build please! My I7 4820K with EVGA X79 Dark MB still doing very well for me, want to hang on to it for maybe another year or two.

 

I hope to be flying again in the next week or two as well, have to get a new Warthog throttle as mine died about a week before the move ugh.

Ahh my garage is climate controlled now, feels so much better. Got my new Warthog throttle in to replace the one that died, now all I have to do is get all my flight gear hooked back up and start enjoying these awesome Crosswinds again in the KA-50.

Finally got all my gear together and hooked back up, all is well once again. Thankfully DCS kept all my controller settings as they were, once again enjoying these great MFG pedals - I had forgotten how smooth they were.

 

Nice to be back in the flight simming business again after these last three months. Only trouble I had was forgetting some of the KA-50 cold start procedures, had to reference Chuck's great guide again - guess it will come back to me in due time.

I agree, universal cam centering gimbal would be great! I love what Baur has done, but it's quite difficult to get any of his mechanisms due to language barriers / business processes.

 

Milan seems to have solid business processes and clearly has design and manufacturing experience. Hope MFG head down that path.
