I know what you mean, my wife told me it's insane to spend so much on game controllers, especially that I bought a Warthog same month :) But I treat this as a sort of investment, not money lost. I've little doubt that one will be able to sell stuff like Crosswinds or Warthog even years from now and for just a bit less than new ones. With normal (no axis tuning) setup, you just have to "think" about pushing it and the rudder does what it's supposed to. I like it with a very light touch so it's perfect for me. I was not expecting that, as tracking did not show them out for delivery or anything, based on what I was seeing I thought they were still in Miami. But they are now here safe and sound in my home. Well, it will still likely be next week before I get them hooked up and going. Too much going on with Christmas festivities this weekend, and that is ok I will have plenty of time next week to get them hooked up and play around with them. Now that I am retired have plenty of time. Have been making preparations to upgrade to Win10 anyway, may get that knocked out first as well. Looking forward to giving these a good workout here soon, will certainly be posting my thoughts on all aspects when I do. I also got the extra Cam 5 and the Width Adjustment Plates as well.
