I was on the list earlier in the year but had to remove myself due to life getting in the way. I re-ordered in July and am anxiously waiting with money ready to spend.

Beeroshima,

Wow serial number 976, that is good to see and deservedly so for MFG.

How are the pedals working for you so far?

Do you fly choppers by any chance?

HP G2 Reverb (Needs upgrading), Windows 10 VR settings: IPD is 64.5mm, High image quality, G2 reset to 60Hz refresh rate. set to OpenXR, but Open XR tool kit disabled.

DCS: Pixel Density 1.0, Forced IPD at 55 (perceived world size), DLSS setting is quality at 1.0. VR Driver system: I9-9900KS 5Ghz CPU. XI Hero motherboard and RTX 3090 graphics card, 64 gigs Ram, No OC... Everything needs upgrading in this system!.

Vaicom user and what a superb freebie it is! Virpil Mongoose T50M3 base & Mongoose CM2 Grip (not set for dead stick), Virpil TCS collective with counterbalance kit (woof woof). Virpil Apache Grip (OMG). MFG pedals with damper upgrade. Total controls Apache MPDs set to virtual Reality height. Simshaker Jet Pro vibration seat.. Uses data from DCS not sound... goodbye VRS.

Mine is at JFK (and I live in NYC) customs. Don't know when Beeroshima ordered, but my serial number is close to 1,100. Of course, we don't know what the starting number of the SN was.

Lucky,

Did you get a confirmation of the order? I ordered mine on May 30th. And Milan did say that by October, he'll be mostly caught up.

Hi Hansangb, those pedals are so close, yet so far!

It must hurt.

I think the serial numbers are linear... possibly.

It is weird how they stay butter smooth!

I originally thought that the butter smooth action would be gone within 6 months due to dirt ingress at the very least!

But no change what so ever.

Even if they ever start to get sticky ,it's easy to change the Ball bearings. It's a well thought design, every part that may wear out can be easily replaced with standard materials, like you can get in every Hardware store.

Edit:

@cichlidfan,

As far as I know they will fit if you use the width reduction plates that you can buy as an option. You just can not swifel the Footplates anymore, not much of a problem in my opinion.

No, I'm sure if at all then in some years...propably never. I had to change the Cables for the brakes once, thats been 2 Years ago and no problems since. The Cables broke after some weeks already, problem was that they got bent back and forth. Milans solution was to add the loop we have now. That was the only problem I ever had,and it got solved very fast.

In my line of work, if a cable breaks after a few weeks.. it was already broke.

The new larger loop certainly allows for play and flex.

I will find it interesting to see how these pedals stand up to the test of time, at the mo, I feel they are a life long friend.

From official Newsletter March 2015 regarding the Obutto:

Will these fit an Obutto R3volution cockpit?

MFG Crosswinds barely fit inside R3v’s pedals tray with limited adjustability. For full compatibility there is extra cost option “WAP set -width adjustment plates set” which is used to narrow pedals width – therefore provide a good fit for Obutto R3v

Note : I don’t know if older Obuto “ozone” model will fit, but I belive pedals are NOT compatible with Ozone due to it’s too narrow pedals tray
