I don’t see the point in demanding information about the future of the modules, it’s something ED simply can’t predict with any certainty. There are just too many variables. The only possible outcomes from such demands are either false promises or unnecessary panic over hypothetical worst-case scenarios that likely won’t happen. ED will respond once they have legal clarity regarding Razbam. Until then, there are countless possible outcomes, ranging from a happy resolution to a total collapse of the modules, or anything in between. Personally, I will demand a solution the moment I can’t use my Strike Eagle anymore. And who knows, maybe the first step will simply be a hotfix. I think everyone involved understands that the community wants this dispute resolved and is eager for long awaited updates. But I don’t see how harassing either ED or Razbam helps bring about a solution. The rest is up to you. You can stop buying modules, stop playing DCS altogether, or simply enjoy what we currently have. In my opinion, DCS remains the most visually stunning and immersive combat flight simulator available. I’m still having a great time flying it, despite the flaws with AI, ATC, and the lack of a true dynamic campaign. And just to put things in perspective, the total amount I’ve invested in DCS far exceeds the cost of all Razbam modules combined.

Dieses Modul ist so gar nicht auf meinem Radar. Bin voll auf Mig-29 eingestellt. Aber ja, klingt SEHR interessant. Ich gehe davon aus dass so ein Flugzeug Multicrewunterstützung haben wird. Und für SinglePlayer einen entspr. Jester/Petrovich/Georg? Schau mr mal was da kommt.

After placing the throttle in idle during startup, there is the sound of engine winding down for a moment. The rpm indication is increasing but the sound is of an engine decreasing in rpm.

1st person pilot anomalies in relation to ejection seat.

Images and track file attached highlight visual anomalies regarding 1st person pilot in relation to seat height adjusting. Pilot remains at the same height regardless of raising or lowering the seat. In the default seat position the pilot is sitting INSIDE the seat cushion with the ejection handle positioned inside the right leg. F-16 Pilot seat adjust.trk-

I uninstalled the graphics driver using DDU and reinstalled graphics driver. didn't OC my graphics card. I'm using VD Wireless Streaming on my Quest 3, running in VR mode. I'll keep testing until I find the problem.

Thanks for your help silverdevil! Renaming saved games to DCS.bak to force create another DCS.openbeta file worked! I moved over my input files and scripts and preferences easily. I wonder what the issue was? Thanks again!

Wow, thanks for the quick update! To be clear, should I hold off on reporting radio preset bugs until this patch arrives and focus on bad radio transmitter positions or do you want me to continue posting everything I find, even if it's probably fixed internally already?

Same issue here. I have the hot mic, ptt and vox positions bound to a three way switch and it doesn't seem to register the inputs at all. The switch works fine with other bindings and I've tried using other switches which didn't work either though.

Hi guys, This is one of my first proper high fidelity modules that I am learning from. Can you guys fix the training missions please. Training 6: Unguided Rockets Training - the gun depression doesn't work. I had to set to 020 which does not move the training markers, and then press master arm to get the instructor moving forward Training 7: Air to Ground DEFA Guns Training - the gun depression doesn't work Training 8: General Purpose Bombs - the gun depression target doesn't work, so dropping the bombs is just guess work Training 9 Anti-runway Bombs - same problem as Training 8 Training 13 - Wet Takeoff - I got the engine relight but with the weather, the plane can never take off as the winds are crazy (even with full power). Training 14 - IFR approach with Blind Flying Hood - it starts with the hood, the instructor isn't active at all. No instructions show up on the screen. Do not know what to do here. Plane is just flying. This could be an excellent airplane to get newbie like me into high fidelity. I was not at all overwhelmed with the aircraft, just want certain things to work during training. My mouse is a Logitech G502, but I've found that the frame drop caused by mouse movement doesn't seem to be related to the mouse itself: The problem persists after I replaced the mouse; it also causes frame drops when I completely unplug the mouse and use the controller joystick to simulate mouse movement. This issue only seems to occur when I launch the game for the first time after turning on the computer; when I restart the game, the problem disappears. Is there any information or document I need to provide?

As you approach the targets and have George lase the target and then have him WAS missiles, he loads the target data to the missile and then stops lasing. This is roughly at 8600m. It's easy to miss because he was already lasing prior to you WASing missiles, so it didn't take the normal delay for the data to be loaded, but you do see it flash in white at the bottom-left of the High Action Display. And then, as mentioned elsewhere in other threads, he will not lase again until you de-WAS missiles, or fire the missile, or switch him to SAL, etc. You see the distance to the target continue to count down for a few seconds, but then it stops at 8400m, and George never never indicates he is in range (below 8km) and ready to fire. I took over after you got another few km closer to the target and when I gave George consent to fire, he said "out of range" and wouldn't rifle. I'm not sure why the distance to the target stops counting down at 8400m. Is this a bug, or is there some reason why it stops estimating the distance? Regardless, it confuses George into to thinking you are still out of range. So, the fix is either have George continue to lase even after the target data is loaded, or at least have him periodically squirt the laser to update the range so at least he is aware of when he is in range and can fire. Or if you really don't want George to lase ever again, give him some magic ability to know the distance to the target so he realizes he has crossed the magic 8km bubble and is in range.

To my knowledge, it appears to be the samuire the F-16 to be MMC (Modular Mission Computer) compatible, e as the A-10, but on an F-16, and does not requnlike the JHMCS. This is why it is popular for ANG units to get it, as most F-16s in the ANG are not MMC-compatible. Though I do wish it was in DCS tho unfortunately, the file is encrypted so there's no good way to make it a mod
