Sea-dog started following Screen Flickering

Same thing is happening to me. I’m using rtx 4070ti super with trackir. I rolled back the driver to one I know I didn’t have the issue - 566.36 This now showing the issue. No settings have changed since I originally installed 566.36 back in Dec 24.

reported Center Monitor somehow "masked" (only F16 and f18)
DrShaw replied to C180Pilot's topic in Multi-Display Bugs
Or what about the one with a blurry HUD if you use a wide resolution and 1 camera LUA? As seen on the bottom screenshot of my post above. I still don't understand that: 3 Camera = HUD crisp. 1 Camera = HUD blurry. Same overall resolution with either. Can't win either way -
Lost Cabin Pressure bug still present and seemingly unchanged
Yannick Pancake replied to Typhonus2's topic in Bugs & Problems
A repair didn't fix it back then... so yes, it's quicker, but if it doesn't work it' kinda useless. I mean you can try it, but I itentionally recommended a fresh reinstall. -
You'll have to take that up with the maker of the JHMCS II *MOD* . Since it is created by someone other than ED, ED will not specifically change anything to support it or figure out why it isn't working.

Today's hot fix was for crashes only. More important. Hopefully not. That's one for the history books. Probably won't see a fix pre Vulkan. Cheers! -

joystick problems when Fanatec wheel is connected
MAXsenna replied to adi_1771's topic in Bugs and Problems
Old issue with DCS. It's not really a bug, while it has to do with your wheel being Force Feedback. Can't remember if it is fixed by disabling FFB in the general settings, or if you need to disconnect the wheel every time. Cheers! -
Feel free to check again; this should already be fixed and in release. Thanks.

adi_1771 started following joystick problems when Fanatec wheel is connected

Hi, I'm using my Fanatec wheel for buttons and pedals in MiG-29a. When I connect my wheel to PC there is a bug where my joystick goes down by 1cm on controls indicator. The worst thing that happens besides that is that trim does not work during that bug. After turning the wheel off everything is fine. However, when I connect my wheel back to PC during the mission and pause-unpause the game the problem begins one again. Is it a bug with Fanatec devices or it is just mistake from my side? P.S. everything started after latest update.

But why do you advocate for them being payed for by purchasing a map? It's even worse.

Hello, dear friends, I have a problem on the server: I've been flying for many years without any issues, but suddenly I saw a player dodge a missile by doing a barrel. After that, I started doing the same thing. The next day, I tried to log in to the server, but I was blocked. I started searching for information on the forum and realized that this is not allowed. However, I didn't know about it before. But I really wanted to fly on the server, and I have another account and another computer where I fly in VR. I logged in yesterday and flew for a while, but I was blocked again today. Please help me, I didn't know that I couldn't do the barrel. My nickname is "wolf07" and "NATO" on the other computer. I won't break the server rules again. Sorry.

Thanks. Was hoping it was fixed in the micro update today but no joy? I hope this bug report goes in a different bucket than the Mouse Polling CPU Spike/FPS stutters bug (still have that on 45% of my game launches, even with a polling rate of 250hz). Or the MFD export brightness bugs plaguing WinWing external displays. This one basically wrecks my entire setup. -
Mission 6 - A-A engagement
Sandman Simulations replied to SHazmak's topic in DCS: F/A-18C Operation Mountain Breeze Campaign
Correcting myself. It can ruin the mission as Syrian ships sometimes kill themself in minutes. Need to find some fix for that. -
It was rolled out 2 weeks ago, 4 patches ago https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/news/changelog/release/2.9.20.15010/

You might like it, but I'll guarantee that ED considers that proprietary business information that they're never going to share publicly.

Welcome! New to DCS or just new to VR/the forum?
-
Is this fixed yet? I know its fixed internally, but was this rolled out with the latest patch?
-
Thank you very much!!

Mission 6 - A-A engagement
Sandman Simulations replied to SHazmak's topic in DCS: F/A-18C Operation Mountain Breeze Campaign
I tested this one and MiGs shot this time and got me down. I think they only had bad day before. Syrian ships seem to shoot each other once again but it doesn't ruin the mission. -
Can we expect a more in-depth development of the aircraft's systems regarding emergency procedures? This switch panel is currently non-functional. These systems are not mentioned in the development roadmap, at least not officially.

Quick word of feedback: Page 244 says: "CARP time predictions assume a deceleration rate of 90 knots/second once the SD point has been reached" That seems a tad much. Does it perhaps mean 90 knots per minute?

Yep. I think that there's a misunderstanding regarding Linux. It's not trying to take on the world and become a monopoly. That won't happen, not anytime soon if ever. It's about having a great alternative for those who have all the valid reasons to be discontent with MS Windows. I get that the adaptation fears, the related complexities, and the lack of mainstream info (so many questions about software compatibilities) scare people away. But, regardless, there is interest. The simple fact that Bazzite alone (just one among many of the Linux versions/distros) gained over 10.000 users (ten thousand) between May and August this year is telling. That was two months ago... you can count on many more giving a chance to whatever Linux distro since then (disgruntled users with Win10 EOL) and even more in the future.
