vFS F-16 VIPER CLUB - F-16 ONLY Squadron Der vFS „F-16 Viper Club“ ist ein deutschsprachiges, an Realismus anknüpfendes MilSim-Geschwader für vor allem aktive und begeisterte DCS F-16 Piloten ab 21 Jahren. Unser Fokus liegt auf realistischem Training damit wir für unsere eigenen internen Missionen, oder bei Teilnahme an Community Events mit anderen Geschwadern, bestens vorbereitet sind. Wir trainieren also intensiv unter Anleitung erfahrener F-16 Simpiloten immer wiederkehrende und wichtige Trainingsthemen, jeweils Montags und Donnerstags, ab 19:30 Uhr. Darüber hinaus fliegen wir eigentlich fast täglich zusätzlich Trainings, Trainingsmissionen und "Hot Missions" Für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene stehen dabei sehr hilfsbereite Mentoren zur Verfügung, die dir bei deinem Start mit der F-16 oder der weiteren Entwicklung behilflich sein können. Ohne Eigeninitiative und den Willen etwas zu lernen, wird es aber nicht gehen. Wir bieten somit für aktive und F-16Viper-infizierte Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene genauso eine Heimat wie für alte, erfahrene F-16 Hasen! You should rather set both brake axes as sliders rather than "just" axes. That applies to all aircraft and all types of axes which are meant to work as 0 / 100% and not -50% / 0 / +50%. So throttles, RPMs, brakes etc. With sliders you won't even need such extreme curves to brake gradually. -

Really depends on many factors as @RogueSpecterGaming already explained them. And how aggressive you are with the stick back. This one for example seems pretty much the same as in DCS. Although I also have the feeling (I repeat its my feeling) that the quite hard that the F-16 gets off the ground, its just about that 1st moment when the frong gear tries to peel off. After that moment its all fine. But maybe thats the effect which @RogueSpecterGaming explained, its about the ground effect which "sucks" the plane to the ground, and before the aerodymanics come into effect. Would be cool to ask someone like Mover, the RL pilot of F-16, and hear what he has to say about it. -
You mean like DCS 190 Anton? Its needles are super wiggly below 1000 RPM (together with the whole cockpit) but they smooth out at higher RPMs. Yup, it might be an interesting animation example to consider.

Right. M2_1 will run at full PCIe 5 speed regardless of which other slots you populate. Unless you're willing to split PCIe lanes to the GPU to get more PCIe 5-speed storage, then avoid M2_2 and M2_3. Use (up to two) PCIe 4 drives at M2_4 and M2_5. On that point, let me strongly recommend that you use a smaller, less expensive PCIe 4 drive to boot from (i.e., separate boot and game drives). Even if you boot to a considerably slower drive, you're still far better off not running the game from the same drive you boot/run the OS. Just looking at the pic above. Please tell me you do not intend to mount that AIO CPU cooler as an intake... -
I got a similar problem, I cant move the mousecursor to to bottom right. It stops before I reach the button. Did you find a solution?

Ich verwende einen VKB Gunfighter 4 ultimate und benutze für die Radbremsen den grossen Hebel, wobei die Achse als Slider und invertiert konfiguriert ist. Klappt sehr gut und man kann die Bremskraft fein dosieren.

Стороны: Британские Королевские ВВС/Люфтваффе На карте (F10) и в наколенных планшетах будут необходимые инструкции. Необходимы модули: Нормандия 2.0, Объекты Второй мировой. Отсутствие дебагов, внешних видов, меток на карте. Сложные метео условия, ветер, вихревые возмущения, турбулентность. Миссия длится 4 часа!

That's correct. When designated as an L&S contact, the target shows in AZ/EL. I'll upload a picture or track file when able (invitation extended to anyone who is experiencing this issue). @Phantom711 Thanx for being more precise. -

hello, @Taz1004 Sorry for hijacking that thread, but do you think there's any possibility you could create a better trees mod for Cold War Germany map? Flying a helicopter in that environment is a pain in the eyes. cheers

@DCSFonzie @BIGNEWY I need to recheck, but I think I noticed this problem as well on a mission last week or so. But I think what the OP and I observed, was that Link (Offboard) tracks were not shown on the AZ/EL page. As far as I can tell, your picture shows an Onboard track though. EDIT: The offboard tracks showed on the SA page and RDR page as far as I recall.

Did that relatedly in the Corsair when it was new. I'd try to land but at 70 or 80 knots but with full flaps down, i basically just hovered over the carrier, almost standing still over the carrier as it was steaming forward at 30 knots. I'd slam the throttle and RPM forward. No problem at all. According to sources i should have died 4 times there. This was before the FM fix.

Thanks for getting back on this. Thats a bit disappointing I must say. @BIGNEWY Is this expected behavior or can this be a bug?

FYI you can freely edit the lua file that defines what can be loaded onto each pylon. In case of the P-51D this file is DCS\CoreMods\WWII Units\P-51D\P-51D.lua (see line 367 to 576). That way, you can essentially attach any weapon that exists ingame onto any pylon of any aircraft ingame. Whether the aircrafts code supports that weapon (so it can also be "used") is a different story. In case of the P-51D, attaching smoke generators like the colored smoke producing Sidewinders does work though. Just have to "arm" the weapon ingame and that triggers the smoke.
