S! Disabling Clutter/Grass helped a bit, but the "hacksaw" effect was still there is solely tied to VSync being on. Tried every setting to see what happens, but nothing helped dcs.log -

That's what we're all hoping for. I'm very skeptical of RB and their intentions, but frankly? I've had a lot of fun in the MiG-19P and Mirage 2000. I want to see them in the DCS ecosystem. If and when the Mudhen returns? If major changes have happened at RB to improve their output, responses, and what not? I'll happily buy it. - Today

Trees are just cosmetic as above. In no way shape or form do they (or never did) have anything special about them. Unlike another game I play, the sheer amount of trees that are "planted" on the maps is just logistically impossible to maybe "plant" for realism sake.

Я заметил у меня 4080С на 77% только загружена в ВР, проц 12700к. Есть ли смысл поставить 14700к? Точно ли загрузка видеокарты должна быть 100% или это ситуативно? Может просто в 72 фпс упирается и потому не на 100% грузится?

I think we're misunderstanding each other. I know that the MiG-21 has its own system that uses "fake" RSBN data and has to be added to the MiG-21 for every new map. But the L-39 uses the beacon data that comes with every map. That's the native DCS RSBN/PRMG system I am talking about. That's what M3 should implement in their MiG-21 too.

no stutters, but crashes that are not mentioned in the dcs.log. Here is an example. After about 20 minutes of flying, the video froze, sound continued for a minute, then a full system reboot. Not an incident. dcs.log DxDiag.txt -
As far as I know, it's a no, RSBN and ARC are exclusevly depended on the files which is inside MIG-21bis folder (the ones that I did for Germany and Afghanistan for example). Not sure how it works for L-39, don't own it. I don't know if there is any code embedded into the maps, but as far as it works, it is only about those files mentioned. Here is some more (old) info about RSBN/PRMG for both aircrafts, which clearly use separated type of "in game code". So I guess the L-39 uses the "Beacons.lua" file which is in each map, I think so. Because this is the only file in a map's folder regarding radio comms. And it reads the types of "BEACON_TYPE_RSBN". So based on that, this is the right way of using navigation, from the map's folder (which works for L-39), but in every map except Caucaus that's missing, or is made partially.

ну если в двух словах прям - оно стоит того, картинка реально блеск в сравнении с ку3, но есть конечно подводные камни: 1) свитспот (нужно очень точно расположить шлем на голове, чуть неточно - картинка поплывет). некритично, со временем привыкаешь 2) брак линз (можно словить дисторсию , абберации). если шлем куплен вбелую - можно запросить замену линз через техподдержку 3) некислые требования к железу (9800x3D / 5090 - это прям еле-еле). 4) если проблемы со зрением - необходимы линзы. если в случае с ку3 для меня вообще не заметно разницы - в очках я или нет, то с PCL - так не работает. 5) с учетом того, что это шлем DP (то есть нет демфирующего потока, как с q3) - очень четко нужно с частотами работать. если выдаваемая видюхой частота обновления отличается от базовой ( частоты шлема) - очень дискомфортно играть. в ку3 такой проблемы нет. 6) так как линзы асферические - то идеальной четкости не случится, чтобы прочитать нижний ряд приборов - нужно не косить вниз (как в ку3) глазами - а именно посмотреть вниз. для очкариков это вобщем и целом привычно, но если вы человек с идеальным зрением - это может быть непривычно. мне как очкарику норм - я так всю жизнь живу) Но! Повторюсь - оно того стоит, я вот ни капельки не пожалел.

In my experience, trees in DCS are mostly just cosmetic. FCR can see through them George can see through them You can IAT a target, and then continue to track a moving vehicle through them You can lase through them SAMs can track you through them And in some cases, missiles can pass through them and kill you

Reshade VR Enhancer Mod (VREM)

I tried with last reshade version last version of the mod and reset of reshade configuration files. Same error on reshade technique, haze working as it should (in 2D with DLAA). In order to get rid of the red technique : go into cockpit in 2D set the option "Activate reshade Techniques in VR" into "Reshade Techniques in VR displays" activate any tehcnique that is not red in the list you shared above => it should launch recompliation and fix all techniques in red unset the option "Activate reshade Techniques in VR" into "Reshade Techniques in VR displays" The error will no more occures. It does not explain why haze control is not working on your machine, as it is working on mine with the technique error. -
ты его не слушай, человек упорно хочет все за три копейки. на выходе говно получается обычно. с али можно купить вставки распечатанные на 3д принтере - они могут очень высокие попасться. например такие: я вообщем то не поскупился, заказал на wrwave - но. линзы хорошие, делают по рецепту, все ок, но сам факт крепления в пластиковые вставки - это не совсем удобно. очень удобно вот такие: https://www.vr-rock.com/products/pimax-crystal-light-prescription-lenses-magnetic-design?variant=43781549949101 я их видел в деле, просто берешь и отщелкиваешь от магнита (ну если надо кому то шлем порулить дать - жене или детям). а на пластиковых вставках - не бери, послушай совета. я несмотря на то, что имею уже линзы на вставках - буду перезаказывать на магнитах. вот недалее как сегодня - дал жене боинг посадить, снял линзы, в процессе заляпал, пока оттирал и ставил обратно - 45 минут прошло) нафиг нафиг такое) процесс изготовления линз ничем не отличается аналогичному процессу в любой оптике, так же требуют рецепт (у меня прям скан попросили), и по нему делают.

все так, но вот представь. ты купил PCL. без очков - никак. линзы мне шли 3 недели. и что? не играть разве, я так вот три недели и провел в страхе за линзы) причем непонятно за какие - у меня очки хитрые они стоят дороже чем q3)) так что это важно. можно ли засунуть в шлем очки. хоть на три недели, но важно))

1st, how could they do that and make it work on maps which come after Mig's update? 2ndly, I would rather say that navigation systems like RSBN and ARC should be part of the map, since its always there, and should also be destructable. Aircraft should then only recognize the map and its navigational code. This way, no updates are required on aircraft's side, only maps should be made or updated appropriately.
