I just tried your settings, I think it is pretty good, but the pilot model takes up a lot of the cockpit space, and you tend to be looking through the pilot's chest to see the side panels. I'd recommend looking into the Oasis driver that was created for SteamVR (on the Steam store now) headsets due to WMR being removed.

No - you explained it well. So many times the problems have been "user error" so I wouldn't be surprised if I am messing it up. The kneepad has the frequency for the 'scripted AWAC' so I may not be contacting the 'generic AWAC' but I am not sure how I would find that frequency if the developer has not integrated it into the game....I will give another example in campaign Cereberus North-I cannot even find the correct ATC in the available ATC menu ( I also use Vaicom-but use the "options" menu very often) I see in others video clips there is interaction on the radio but I can't seem figure it out. Once again most probably user error. So much to learn...

@Spirale I just use radar to lock target far away and COOP mode if I want to shoot R-27T and just shoot as soon as IRST acquired lock from radar.

I can finally add to this topic after a week! Alright, so I was playing through Mission 2 and I started to get a message that the Zeus landing party were taking fire but there was no one there when I did a flyover of the LZ while the choppers were inbound. I circled around and suddenly hostiles spawned in and it was an instant mission failure. You can’t use a Mission Editor trigger to remove a group because the groups spawned dynamically don’t exist in the Mission Editor. You need scripting for this. MOOSE is likely the best option: you can use a SET_GROUP combined with FilterPrefixes. For example, every group spawned via CTLD can have the same prefix in their name. Then you can use ForEachGroup to destroy all of them, or just a specific one or more within a trigger zone. -

Can you use MOOSE? If not, I recommend moving to it. Any 3rd Party or ED has claimed them? what "desktop simulator"?. Remember, all DCS modules need ED aproval.

ED should fix this, but in case you're not aware, in the mean time you should be able to change the units to "off road" at waypoint 7 (maybe move it and 8 closer to the gap) and then change it back to road following at WP 8. That should get them past the break. EDIT TO ADD: and yes it would be great if ED could put some error checking into the pathfinding logic so it would be able to navigate through the break on it's own, but pathfinding is already pretty computationally intensive (having a lot of units following roads on a weak computer system will slow things down a lot) so that's probably a stretch goal at best.

Thanks Wags!! For anyone who is still struggling the view.lua file is in Eagle Dynamics - DCS World - Config - View Line 49 says: ExternalKeyboardAccelerationSlow = 0.1 But you can also edit the next line to save time and just reduce the rate to whatever you need.
