Ohhh, Gosh! 4,8k pxt? I also use upscaling for Quest Pro but at 3000pxt (with limited FOV so theoretically it is bigger). DLSS is out of the question for me, as is eye tracking. Tracking doesn't do much, causing artifacts visible from the corner of the eye (a kind of shimmering), and DLSS blurs the image, adding ghosting. No, it's not for me. I've been thinking about a change lately (mostly out of boredom, because Quest Pro is still amazing if we use some tricks and upscaling) but I still don't think the Pimax Light or Super will be the ideal choice, considering delivery times, tracking issues, performance, weight, ventilation, long or no response times, etc. It seems to me there are quite a few issues. The Quest Pro also has one of its great features – an open-bottom case – which prevents fogging, provides a good rest for your eyes (more so than with a closed case), and allows you to look down at something with your own panels. The Pimax doesn't offer this and has a built-in system like the G2, and I'm not sure about that. The ventilation (in the current heat) in the QP is excellent.

Ai wingman. For Ed modules, ai wingman tend to replicate my ext lights state. Not in F4 though. I can see my lights in f2 view. No wingman light in f2.

I do, yes - but I can't test it myself now and for the next few days because of renovation works in my house. I'll follow this thread, and test it myself as soon as I can.

I would take that swap in an instant as well, but given how the F-35A is officially announced, I'd say it's a bit late for that now.

How does quality compare to the Q3? Do you have any experience with the Quest Pro? I would be interested in a comparison. -

It has an integrated digital autopilot, part of the Lockheed Martin/L3Harris Flight Management System (FMS). The C-130J's autopilot is a Digital Automatic Flight Control System (DAFCS), which interfaces with the inertial navigation system, GPS, and EFIS (Electronic Flight Instrument System) displays. The C-130J's main autopilot capabilities include: Three-axis control (roll, pitch, yaw). Heading, altitude, speed, and climb/descent maintenance. Integrated navigation modes (including LNAV – lateral navigation, VNAV – vertical navigation). Flight management system (FMS) compatibility, allowing for automatic execution of routes programmed in the on-board computer. Approaches using ILS (Instrument Landing System) and GPS. Coupled Approach mode (autopilot guides the aircraft along the approach path). By the way, I hope that all FMC functions will be assignable and open. There are several products on the sim market that offer FMC panels, and this way, the user will be able to operate them in their home cockpit.

AI aircraft do not react to ARH A2A missiles at all since the patch. Multiple tests. They fly as if the missiles are simply not there. Sometimes a very last minute change can be seen as if they see the missile visually well within a mile. With the same group settings, an SARH missile causes the AI to evade as they did pre-patch. Mostly bad attempts. With a notch and dives or attempts to outrun the missiles but at idle thrust(?) both in notch and extend phases. But, at least they react. Something was broken in the patch. Please don't ask me for a track. This is easily re-created with two AI aircraft in an empty miz with Fox 3s and watching for 30 seconds.

No tracking problems, no stutters (lighthouse). Always reinstall QV after the patch and check layers. I can check inside-out tracking if you want.
