Hi, von Spud Spike gibt es seit kurzem ein Tutorial bezüglich A2G: Ich selbst habe es noch nicht getestet. Werde es heute Abend mal prüfen ob es so stimmt was er hier sagt/zeigt. Auch Mixed Mode sollte laut dem Video kein Problem sein wenn man die paar kleinen Dinge beachtet.

If so, you are certainly not getting 330 fps. Check if your telemetry is working properly. Just for reference, a 4090, which is about 20% faster than a 5080, makes about 120ish fps with full GFX and DLSS to quality. (*which still depends very much on the specific scene you're looking at....)

The size of the update is determined by how many modules and terrain you have active in you installation. You can easily reduce the size for both (current size on SSD AND patch download size) be deactivating the modules and maps you don't currently need. Patches can become very large in size when maps are made over, which in the recent patch were a frickin lot. Sinai, Caucasus, SA, all got new textures. Unless you want to miss out on updates to the maps, I fear there is not much one can do about the patch size apart from the above.

Try to setup an obvious setting, like image in red, just to check if this is working.

Всем привет! Данный вопрос задал в теме "Баги", но пока ответа не получил. Не могу опробовать приобретенный МиГ-29, т.к. на карте Кавказа не грузится ни один модуль. Загрузка карты в основном заканчивается на предпоследнем этапе "Wait for pooled tasks-1", после чего картинка висит, а при шевелении мышки и нажатии кнопки появляется окошко "DCS не отвечает" и игра завершается. Для родного антивируса Виндовс все папки DCS стоят в исключениях. Может кто напомнит, какой крайний видеодрайвер НВидиа стабильный, а то последние выходили с разными косяками и какие папки с шейдерами рекомендуют чистить при обновлении? Начну хотя-бы с этого.

Hatte das selbe Problem, anscheinend hat die Spannungsversorgung meiner USB-Karte (PCIex G3) nicht ausgereicht, trotz Anbindung über 1000W PC-Netzteil. USB-Geräte sind sporadisch ausgefallen was eine Fehlersuche nicht unbedingt erleichtert. Ein externer Industrie UBS-Hub von LogiLink mit Netzteil (16V2A) hat endgültig Abhilfe geschaffen, seit dem läuft alles Problemlos! Die oben genannten USB-Einstellungen sind aber trotzdem zu machen. @QuiGon Da ich mich beruflich unter anderem mit EU-Konformität von Produkten beschäftige, vermute ich mal, dass das bei Open Source vielleicht etwas herausfordernd ist. Wer garantiert denn da die Produktsicherheit?

Update: The MkII fuze was added for the BL-755MkI version which is part of DCS core was added. The MkII version of the bomb this fuze belongs to is however still missing.

Hi, As much as I appreciate the continual developments and updates, the size of DCS is getting to a point where it might not fit on to a reasonably priced SSD drive, let along the download speed and size. I know, first world problems...but if I could request breaking up the updates into more reasonable size for those of us that are download speed, time and SSD space challenged.

Not in the USAF sense anyway - US aircraft are designed to operate independent of GCI because they were designed to be able to penetrate the airspace of other countries. To do that they had to be able to act autonomously. Soviet expectations at the time the Su-27 & MiG-29 were designed was that combat would be in Soviet airspace repelling invaders, so they were designed to be integrated into the existing well developed static EWR / ground-based GCI systems. (Same reason the USSR didn't really have carriers - their military was designed to operate in the immediate region of their homeland [GLONASS originally only covered the USSR & a small amount of territory around it], principally in a defensive mode, while the US military has always been intended for force projection) The problem we've always had in DCS is that the radars of the RedFor aircraft modelled were designed to be supported by GCI, but the GCI has never been properly modelled - so ReFor has always fighting with its hands tied behind its back. It's a huge 'nerfing' of RedFor aircraft, almost as if ED had said there'll be no active seekers modelled in game, but in this case no-one complained because no-one in the audience knew how active seekers were designed to be used. Post Soviet Union the doctrine changed, and modern Russian aircraft are intended to be more autonomous (at least in part because GCI is in this day and age much more vulnerable), but we don't have those aircraft modelled.
