Hello dear ED forum. The Nordc 3d Aviation team aka me and Crow have been working on this project for quite some time. It started with Crow asking me if i was interested to paint this model, which Crow and Alex from the Virtual White stars wanted to save from getting scrapped. So i said yes to the deal and started to paint. i painted pretty much on the model until one day i had a hard drive crash! . Yes the nightmare of any Pc dude. So after the crash i thought that we lost the model and were just going to leave it, so was the thoughts of Crow the modeler. But anyhow, crow picked up the project again and supplied me with an amazing aircraft to start painting. All animations are done and 99% of the aicraft mapping is done. This model is truly amazing... I know i have seen another F-5 model beeing built but with an release date that is unknow. But i can tell you this. This model will be released, "BUT" in an airshow version first of all. Ok so there is a little sitrap for you. And more models will be produced by the nordic 3d aviation team, you can count on that!!:smilewink: Some pictures: Best Regards Björn Evans

There are 26 F-15Cs - 20 stationed at Cervia AB, Aviano. If you're gonna use your OWN data to support your conclusions, please do NOT try to skew it in your favor, ok? Six of those F-15Cs are stationed at RAF Lakenheath - doubtful that they'll be doing too much intruding into Serbia. F-15Es do NOT count as F-15Cs - nice try though. Points for effort. Not hard at all to be aggressive - just blast whatever they can in the sky. It's a target rich environment - it may be hard to stay alive, but it shouldn't be too hard to be aggressive. I fail to see your point. Nobody's denying that NATO wouldn't make use of their airpower. However, to say that Serbian MiGs faced 80 to 4 odds is equally absurd, if not more so. The MiGs were never too badly out-numbered by enemy CAPs - 2 vs 1 at worst. In fact, in such a situation, the MiG would have the benefit of being able to go weapons free on whatever's flying, while the F-15Cs would have to make sure they don't shoot a friendly by mistake.

Ideally, you would buy a military equipment which would allow to locally manufacture parts for it. That way you open new jobs and you keep up with technology.

Info is very sparce; but if it was a SAM that would have been dead-confirmed a long time ago, because a SAM has a very, very specific visual signature - especially at night. According to what I've read there's more detail in the description of the MiG-25 engaging that formation of F-18's and just a few off-hand mentions that it might have been a SAM. In addition, I believe there was a UAV-MiG-25 engagement, as well as F-15-MiG-25 engagements so it looks like at least -some- MiG-25's were combat configured.

There's not been any mention of even proper WS support which, given some of the detail on other things in the recent release, leads me to be less than confident (I have 2 WS devices, a 24" Dell and 40" Samsung)...and a config.ini FoV tweak is useless in FC for the 25T and so will assume just as useless on BS.
