Center floor module release
I have a new section posted in the original release post.
The center floor section. This is the first of several more sections that I will be posting in the next couple weeks.
This one is fixed for .703" (3/4 nominal) plywood, since nobody seems to be using MDF, and I don't plan to either. The gap between pieces has been reduced to .005" per side, for a much tighter fit. If you need to remove the inner corner radius of your bit, may I suggest not worrying about it on the CNC, and just take a wood file to it afterwards. Quick and simple.
This layout will work for one 4x8 sheet, or four 2x4 sheets.
The hole cut out of the floor is optional but would theoretically allow you access (from underneath) to the screws that mount the TM warthog base cylinder to the center pedestal. The cutout is completely covered by the pedestal.
I have not gone back and fixed the previously released modules yet, but it's on my to-do list.
