Remove old asset pack version and unzip this in your Saved Games mods\tech folder. The incremental download which updates your full download and contains only the changed files.   3. I see your issue. The DF-21D is a LBASBM (Land-Based Antiship Ballistic Missile). You need to place it on the shore, and either use AWACS to track targets. Or set it to attack a specific ship or group of ships.

  5. Haha, yep, that's something I haven't solved yet. But I'll look into it. Thank you! I'll take your suggestion into consideration. Unfortunately, as you might have noticed with my infantry, I'm not very fond of making a lot of organic animations. If I were to make animals, I'd give them wheels or tracks. Yep, the Buk M3 is on top of my list. the Pantsir-SM as well, if I can find a suitable model. I also had plans for the modernized Admiral Nakhimov, but I've been waiting for more news and detailed pictures of it. Like @nghitran said in the post above, an DCS update broke the weapons. I've spent many hours trying to find a replacement solution. It's either the current (non ballistic) version or no one at all. I'm doing great, thank you. Thanks for the suggestions! Did you check that your target was located between the minimum and maximum range of the weapons? Often users don't notice the minimum range.
  6. The first question is more complicated than that. But I don't want the thread clogged with these discussions again. So if you have any questions about the matter, send me a DM. I'm definitely interested in adding these kind of units, it's mostly a question about finding suitable 3d models.
  7. Status update The Swedish pack update is in final testing and documentation. I'm currently updating the website to prepare for the release. If everything goes as planned I will probably release it in a day or two. On a separate note, the latest DCS update included the awaited fix for the SARH/TVM based SAM systems like the Patriot. The issue occurred when there were a lot of incoming threats, the system would self destruct its missiles after launch. This now works as it should!
  8. It's most likely on your side. It works for me, and I checked the zip on my site. It contains the M2A3 textures pack (around 340 MB). It's in the textures folder. The livery folder only configures which textures (in the texture zip) to use depending on tri-color or desert liveries. I put a lot of time into trying to make this a while ago, but DCS won't accept an AWACS helicopter.
  9. A lot of my assets would probably still work with older DCS versions. But since I more or less need to update broken assets with every DCS version chances are a lot of them won't work as intended. For this reason I only support the latest version. There are too many changes with each DCS version to be able to support multiple versions.

  13. I don't know anything about Skynet. But I just tried a mission with Hornets firing HARMs against a Tor M2, and all four were intercepted. More updates to the Swedish pack. The Strv 122 now has a new model and textures. The fictious Strv 2000 has new textures, as well as the Lvkv 9040B. All the assets I update gets an updated collision model (much less CPU intensive) and an updated damage model (more detailed). I also try to reduce the numbers of mesh triangles if possible without losing quality.

  17. If I weren't restricted by the size I would actually combine all my assets in one large pack. Nope, everything goes in separate folders. Yeah, I'm a bit old-fashioned, in the 80s the NATO tri color camouflage was often called just CARC. But you are technically correct.
  18. I'll take a look. Don't know at the moment, we'll see. I'm currently working on updating the Swedish pack. I haven't planned to add these ships, but I've planned to add Zumwalt. I have an okay understanding of the Lua programming language, then I just study EDs code. Yeah, I would like to add more, but there are some issues, more countries means more asset packs to maintain, and it's not always easy to find 3D models for assets from certain countries. I'm currently updating the Swedish pack, after that we'll see were I go next.

  20. Unfortunately not as I'm using EDs Tico model at the moment. I might update it to my own like I did with the Burke Flight III.
