  1. Would fuel economy have changed at all?
  2. That is insane!:surprise: I am very impressed. I wonder how long it took to do those renders and what sort of system they are running.
  3. I'm going all the way, including the tub and curved screens. And I'm going to sell them.:music_whistling: But more details on that later, I need to design things first.
  4. ^^^That too.
  5. What I can't read the manual first?:book::( If a concession were made for that, I'd post a track. Should be interesting, because I'm not going to fly until my simpit is done. That's gonna take a while though, my design isn't even complete.:(
  6. That's what the little button labeled "search" is for.
  7. Oh, thank goodness!:lookaround: I've had Black Shark for about a year , am I forgiven now?
  8. Well, I see grass, so my first thought would be DCS:W
  9. Oh noes, now I've really done it!:cry:I'm outta here!:ufo: :D
  10. Still not working for me.
  11. Well, I would rate it if I had flown it, but I don't have FC2. :tomato: Shhhhhh, don't tell anyone!:censored:
  12. Just make sure she doesn't read this.:music_whistling::D
  13. The actual expanded maps is shown here: http://www.simhq.com/_commentary/all_101c.html If the map in that link is sized to show what we will have, and I presume it is, then..........DAMN!:shocking: I agree:)
  14. There may also be issues with keystone effect as well. This results from the projector not being perpendicular to the surface that it is projecting on. In your design, they are pointing at quite a large angle down, and this may cause an issue.
  15. I can't disagree with that, mate.
  16. You're doing it right!:pilotfly: I'll speak about fixed wings in FSX here, because that is the only other sim I have extensive experience with. Regarding the edges of the envelope, the default aircraft don't have very good FM. Trying to do any aerobatic maneuver other than loops and rolls is an exercise in hilarity as the plane flips and spins around as if physics just disappeared. However, with some time, effort, and money, very accurate flight dynamics can be had. Examples include add-ons from RealAir, A2A Simulations, PMDG, and LotusSim. There are others as well, but these are the companies I have add-ons from. The RealAir SF260, Beechcraft Duke, and Lotus L-39 can all be spun and slipped realistically. The L-39 can even pull off legit knife edge. So the basic default aircraft are fine in most areas, but suck at the edges of the envelope, but the framework is available to make things very realistic.
  17. Me can't waits to fly!:pilotfly:
  18. Hahahahaha!:megalol: No, it's not a rainbow detector, it's a simple directional microphone with an elliptical reflecting dish with a small viewfinder.:D
  19. :surprise: Are those all SFWs?
  20. I had one of these when I was like, 8. I think the sad part is that I can tell that she has the dome on up-side down.:)
  21. Alright, point taken. Anyway, you'd have no reason to be that close to stall speed while making a gun run.
  22. Also, for the physics to allow it, you'd have to be in level flight or climbing. There would really be no reason to fire the gun in either circumstance.
  23. I wish I could have gone to this! But it would have been a bit of a drive as I live in Southeast Mass. Cool pics, I like the B-25.
  24. I think maybe he means an aerodynamic stall, not an engine failure.
