  1. Based on AJ's (just) recent post re stepping down as a community manager, are we expecting any further Dev of the Harrier by Razbam to get shelved? I sincerely hope not
  2. I'd love to see a Linux version, without the need for any containerisarion via Docker or similar.
  3. Lightning generally still seems a little off, in VR at least. Hornet ready on rhe ramp Caucasus. As soon as you're off the deck it turns from early morning to midday, lighting wise.
  4. So Tazs better tress still appear to work just fine for me on the latest unified build, as does Vivid Syria with the small patch listed further up this thread. What leads you to believe these mods are now outdated?
  5. The files are clean. AV is far from perfect and packers, encryption etc typically trigger a generic detection, which I suspect is what you are experiencing. It has nothing to do with Ed not "creating their DLLs correctly". If you want to test, submit one of the files to Virus total and see the varied responses you get or no response at all.
  6. Indeed, they're called "coordinated turns" for a reason. [emoji1303]
  7. The shimmers in VR are horrific using MSAA.
  8. If the changes in the update are related to an already implemented "feature" then you may see an improvement, however if there are new features in the update that ED hasn't yet implemented then DCS is not going to be able to take advantage of them. I think this is what @Glide is saying, and he's right. If you see an improvement then that's great. I personally didn't BUT I'm not using DLSS only DLAA (which I saw no improvement in) and settled back on TAA.
  9. TM Hornet grip here with a WarBRD, works fine.
  10. Are you using quad views foveated?
  11. Completely agree. And the enthusiasm to finish a campaign dwindles given the time required and the fact I'm going to die an hour into most missions [emoji1787] having to stsrt right back at the beginning of a mission really grates when time is limited.
  12. Thanks! Got it [emoji1303] That will be an absolute God send!
  13. Must be my eyes, but I don't see a mention of a save option?
  14. It's simply enabled and sharpening is set to . 3 no DLSS. I see no noticeable performance impact or any ghosting on the DDIs / MFDs in the Harrier or Hornet.
  15. VR user here, DLAA alone is infinitely better than MSAA in regard to getting rid of the horrific shimmers. TAA I find even better but it has the ghosting artefacts.
  16. Here's a fix: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3335205/
  17. Simple to use OVGME or a similar mod manager to "be safe"
  18. [emoji1303]
  19. Hi, I'm guessing you got the "red" issue sorted based on the discord discussions?
  20. And this is a useful little tool for adjusting via a GUI: https://github.com/bernhardberger/OpticalAdjustmentGUI
  21. Completely agree, the ability to just move your eyes 90% of the time in the Aero and see clearly is a huge benefit over the G2. I toyed with an "upgrade" from the Aero to the Crystal, but the support horror stories and flaky software (at least initially) and the fact I'm UK based put me off. I'll hold out for now. You're going to have a great Xmas! And don't pass up the DFR options (Varjo Foveated or Quad Views Foveated - some issues with eye tracking occasionally with the latter) it's a game changer performance wise.
  22. You won't be disappointed, perhaps a smidge with the vertical FOV, but it quickly becomes a non issue
