  1. Thank Taz!
  2. Sorry, fixed wing only here.
  3. I'm having great results with TAA and virtually zero shimmers. The only downside is the "fiery phoenix" ghosting effect, which sometimes occurs, but I rarely notice it unless I'm low and fast or looking out the side of the canopy and pulling hard. Definitely better image than DLSS or DLAA for me, with a 0.2 sharpening factor.
  4. Thanks. Going to try again shortly. Definitely worked at least twice in 2.8 BTW Fantastic campaign!!
  5. I just had the same issues (2.9 OB MT). Ordered him to attack the tanks, and he just stayed in formations with me. Last time I flew this (2.8 OB MT) he did his thing just fine. The only difference was this time I did destroy two of the tanks myself using the LMAVs I’m guessing this could be the issue?
  6. Switch to MSAA temporarily and see if the issue persists.
  7. Are you using DLSS or TAA per chance?
  8. Interesting to hear such differing views. DLAA is excellent, but I still see the shimmers on taxi way markings. And as a few people have mentioned, TAA does cause some pretty bad ghosting when moving fast. I can't say I noticed any blurring as a result of TAA though. I think I need to do some more testing! Specs in sig. Agreed, accurate description of the phenomenon
  9. For me TAA offers the best visual quality. Especially when looking at taxi way lines and the like.
  10. Thanks for confirming. Not sure if it's just TAA or the DCS implementation.
  11. I'm seeing a ghosting/rippling effect when on take off roll around hornet canopy when using TAA. Really odd, shame as TAA looks better to me than DLAA (taxiway lines etc).
  12. I still see shimmering on taxi way markings etc with DLAA or DLSS. TAA looks far better to me in VR.
  13. Resolution percentage Perhaps?
  14. Works fine here under 2.9
  15. Very quick flight with TAA here, looks ace. No shimmers in VR and foveated rendering works fine. I was CPU limited fwiw.
  16. I'm really hoping that DLAA will rid VR of the "shimmers" AND still allow the use of @mbucchia DFR in the Aero. Pretty Sure DLSS will break it.
  17. I'm happy as the proverbial pig in sh*t coming from the G2. Small criticisms around MR being nowhere near as good as that in WMR and the G2, so I’ve just adapted to live without it. Either lock at 45 and VSYNC on or let it roll at 90 with some drops. And the smaller vertical FOV (in comparison to the G2). DFR has made the former far more achievable in more scenarios....
  18. Ah I see. Completely missed that [emoji1303]
  19. Be very interested on your opinion of it vs the Aero when all dialled in [emoji1303]
  20. A save option, so when I get toasted 90 minutes into a campaign mission I don't have to start over again. Or more likely wait for my next 120 minutes spare. Yes I have a job, family and all of those other things.
  21. [emoji1787][emoji1787]
  22. Now that's a mod that could make some money!
  23. My primary want for DLSS is to reduce the shimmering in VR. I suspect I'll see no performance improvement as I am CPU bound.
  24. No worries. Certainly present in the Harrier, I need to double check the Hornet.
  25. Yeah, pops up fine buy can't close it by using the same com binding again. Never used VAICOM.
