  1. No problem, hopefully that makes it somewhat better. A lot of us have found that makes it playable again, just waiting now on ED to patch the performance back to what it was.
  2. Hey, thanks for the support, appreciate it! Wasn't aware the APKWS damage had been changed, this might well be the issue. Just to clarify, you're hitting the targets but can't kill them, presumably because the APKWS isn't packing enough punch? That's easily fixed, I'll update the mission to make sure the launchers are more easily killed.
  3. Demo mission of the Falklands 14 prologue is now available at www.groundpoundersims.com
  4. The last update hit performance really hard on heavier missions, seems to be something messing with CPU usage, causing you to be heavily CPU bound. If you have TACVIEW installed then disable it for now, this has helped me massively.
  5. Thanks very much, glad you enjoyed!
  6. https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/shop/campaigns/a-10c_operation_persian_freedom_campaign/ Hope that works! And thanks
  7. No problem, glad you're sorted!
  8. Check you're using the correct radio, can be a problem since the A-10 received the new ARC-210 radio. I've copied and pasted a few notes from a separate post below. If that doesn't work please come back to me. Due to the way the campaign was originally programmed you will always need to observe the following rules: - All Comms listed as VHF AM should be done through the ARC 210 radio. - All Comms listed as UHF should be done through the original UHF radio. Do not use the ARC 210, the mission will not detect UHF frequencies on this radio. - The VHF FM radio is unchanged.
  9. Don't think you can to be honest at the moment, this current patch has lots of performance issues, its not great for anyone in heavy missions. That's what's causing the issue, unit count is high on a bad patch for performance, theres no scripts running in the background. Just got to wait it out until ED improve the performance.
  10. Thanks appreciate it, I'll double check!
  11. Thanks very much . Hope you enjoy the campaigns!
  12. Ground Pounder Sims now has a website! www.groundpoundersims.com Visit for the latest news and access to demo missions from all Ground Pounder campaigns. Make sure to visit 'The Vault', which contains every piece of documentation from every Ground Pounder campaign. By popular request, you can now access those mission briefings on the move!
  13. I've not had many reports of poor performance for FIWOS, the missions are very heavy on units but since multi-threading came out these issues are much less common. Any background scripts running? The WINWING device scripts are quite notorious for dropping performance.
  14. If you have TACVIEW worth trying without as well, TACVIEW can be quite a drag on performance in heavy missions like these.
  15. Campaign Updates 22/07/24 Operation Cerberus North: Update all mission to fix fuse problems from last update, First In Weasels Over Syria: Updated all missions to incorporate new SAM behavior.
  16. Don't think you can change burst height now in cockpit, that's set via the fuse. As for no CCIP, not sure on that, hopefully somebody in the know can throw their thoughts in.
  17. There's a lot going on in the campaign, probably more so in the background than in many others. Latest update has made performance worse overall for lots of people, me included. Is this just since the update or have you seen if before as well?
  18. Thanks very much, really appreciate that. I've got a bit of thinking to do on the SA-15, if ED decide to keep this behaviour it can be problematic so I'll come up with an appropriate solution. And yeah you're right you would have thought that the fuse should work on delay 1, it's just what I found testing that delay 1 kept dudding and instantaneous worked.
  19. Update, waiting on word form ED if the SA-15 engaging JDAM is an intended new feature or a bug. The default fuse works when EFUZ is set to INST, just make sure you do the temp re-arm menu fix while waiting for the update.
  20. It appears SA-15s are shooting bombs down again, this might be the problem, currently investigating.
  21. Need to do some tests and see what works but I'll certainly consider it.
  22. See the thread below, issue with the new fuses from the latest update, use the rearm menu as a temp fix for now until the next update lands.
  23. @Midoxx Ok so I've done some checks. It appears that the fuse needs reconfirming in the mission editor to make it compatible with the new settings. Thankfully its a very quick and easy fix. In the meantime while waiting for the next patch it's dead easy to do yourself from the re-arm menu at the start of the mission ( L ALT + '). Just click the orange fuse tab to open the menu and then click ok and then the fuse changes back to MFUZ and should work ok.
  24. Ah ok I'll do some checks, the latest fuse update might have caused some issues. Thanks.
  25. Were you still be able to attack your target ok or did the bomb dud?
