I never seen this in all the years. For none of the planes i have. And i'm basically repair every day i fly. Just repaired again. took 3 minutes. Maybe some mission setting?

No it does not take 30 minutes. It takes 3 minutes. You will get the copy and then the countdown. But when your gear/wheels are damaged the countdown never starts. And no enemy units near the base. Normal damage to the plane will get repaired.

You do get repairs anywhere on the airfield (unless they recently changed it). But i never repair on the runway anyway. I noticed this bug several times now on different places and double checked with others.

Me and others noticed that planes will not repair when only the gear or wheels are damaged (wheels i know for sure). It seems that it doesn't register it as damage. (Edit: I don know what i tried to say afterwards. But that was gibberish so i deleted).

ECM is pretty handy to mask yourself especially in a crowded environment. Lots of people tent to concentrate on the solid targets. So you can bring confusion with it. Also i use ECM to break long range TWS shots and deny them that shot. If i'm flying high and know i'm up against F-15's i turn on my ECM at around 28 miles. Just before burn trough my ECM will be active.. Then i turn it back off to break lock. By doing it this way i force the other platform to use STT. Or to completely loose me on radar for a while. Cause most of the time they can't find me back right away and saves me some seconds. So ECM can be very useful when used smart. So i use ECM to save seconds, confuse them and force them to perform more actions on me to engage me properly. Mostly i do this against excellent human opponents cause with them i really need those extra seconds and their momentary decrease of their SA.

It might be a tad boring for people watching it. And i only have one kill. But for me it felt like a achievement to even have survived this (mirage pilots where excellent). A very hectic fight where I kill a unsuspected SU-27 Flanker and survive a big furball thanks to my Mirage buddy's Coxy_99 and =36=Falcon. Server: 104th Phoenix East vs West Take off: Kobuleti Landing: Senaki Kill by me: x1 SU-27 Flanker Pilot: =RAF=Muh Kill by Coxy_99 x2, 1 confirmed SU-27 Flanker Pilot: Korrg Kill by =36=Falcon x2, 1 confirmed SU-27 Flanker Pilot: V. Shooter Mission complete. Considerable losses brought onto red team. Flight survived and successfully RTB.

This new mission is amazing... Yesterday red team put the SAM sites pretty close to bullseye. That made it a bit more difficult to reach their CAP. And there where some surprise manpad launcher units dropped. You had to be very careful. But we send 104th Jester (if i'm correct) to wipe them out in a SU-25. Off course there where some people that could not deal with these changes and work around it or ask for SEAD and help the SEAD out with escorting. So they left :D :D

It seems that the TWS bug has been resolved... The bug didn't occur for me at all since the last 3 or 4 patches. Thank god for that. Just wanted to say thank you cause this was one of the most annoying bugs.

The Misser And One Right In The Kisser. It all starts out with the escort of a Russian IL-72 on the 104th Phoenix. This big boy with his belly full of Vodka was so drunk it ended up behind NATO lines. So as the gentle man I am escort it back. To only get jumped by his totally wasted tug friends. That fat cow must have been their girlfriend and sister.

They just kept it in to troll us ;)
