  3. Maybe that is a good thing as well so other servers can become popular. But i noticed if there is fun to be had somewhere even if they don't like the circumstances that much they just join back.
  4. it's a shame... 104th actually had night and low cloud cover missions. On night missions there where always people complaining. And in low overcast/fog missions SU and MIG pilots complained cause they could not fly carefree in the mountains anymore. But also F-15 pilots that love to hug the ground would complain about this. I love to fly at night or better weather. Brings another challenge. That's why in my opinion we should just ignore the people that don't like it and keep those missions up. Even when numbers go down a bit. At one point they see other people having fun on it and will join anyway. These kind of things will force them to adapt and develop other useful tactics.
  5. So getting shot down by a full module like Mirage 2000C or MIG-21 is better or when the F-18C comes out. Next time i just take Mirage because then you suddenly don't really mind being shot down in your A-10 or Su-25. And yes.. how many times have i been shot down by A-10C AIM-9 because i just ignored them.. cause i felt bad for them. Everything that fly's and can cause me harm i will shoot down. 90% of the time we won't go actively hunt for you. But if we see you you better hide or find another server where you can fly around chill with no worries.
  6. From what i have been reading and from docs they never say the word "boring". They say it's responsive. Does what i tell it to do and more easy to keep in check so they can concentrate on fighting more. Luckily real Russian pilots are not so biased and use words like "boring". Like American pilots they just tell you how it is and how they experience it.
  7. I never go really search for the active TA. But if i pick you up and you are in weapon range i will shoot you. After i play with you a bit. I think that is fair.. So they still have time to do some nice maneuvers before they die. Or the chance for me to make a blunder and he kills me. Giving him the time of his life.

So please no bs about "It's only for the kills blabla" :music_whistling: Edit: Ow i forgot to tell. On the 104th server type -full stats me For full stats.
  9. I think fixing that drunktard boom operator should be sufficient. I think if that is fixed no extra aids are needed. It''s nice to have a challenge.. But right now it's a bit to much i think. But we should not worry. I'm confident ED will fix this eventually. Right now the map is to small anyway to do some nice missions where refueling is required.
  10. What is far fetched??? I have seen crazier things in games. And if you just answer me normally i will probably believe you cause you seem to be more educated then me.I'm not asking questions to make people mad or to start shit. I ask questions to learn something. And yes some questions you might not like. But it is on you to react properly and educate me properly. I don't mean you any harm or disrespect with my questions.
  11. You are talking crap... This refueling shit in a F-15 in DCS is really hard. Especially since 1.5. I also have been trying and trying without success. At this point i think i'm retarded because can not do it at all.
  12. If you brake hard on landing a slight ruder input will get you off track. What i do lately to keep tht under control is do a aerodynamic breaking till 120/100 and roll out till 70/60 and then start to beak. But this means every landing you do should be really almost perfect.
  13. Wow.. I ask a normal question and you give me this kind of attitude? Whatever man. And who cares if a dedicated server runs a mod that clients are not allowed. It's their server right? So they can use any mods to their liking. Even if clients are not aware. Thank you for the rest of the info.. even a bit snarky do. Did not know a tool was being build for that purpose. I'm on this forums a lot. But i can not follow everything. And how is it a conspiracy theory. I'm just asking if that might have been a purpose of the IC. Crazier things have been done. But if it's not the case a simple no with explanation should be ok. Thank you for your time mister.
  14. New vid. Teaming up with Stuge and Co on 104th. And we actually all survive for the first time ever with such a big group in a public server LoL. The sound is a bit screwed up. Sorry for that.
  15. Or this system might have been chosen so the entire Mod community can be controlled this way. Example: If Mod scenery texture 1 made by some random dude is way more popular than the official one, than you simply don't allow it trough IC, so money can be made on the official scenery DLC's. But this is off course total speculation on my side. And the IC doesn't work like that at all. I'm just trying to understand. And this IC is WIP off course. So we probably didn't see even half of it's functionality.
  16. Wouldn't it be more easy and user friendly to make the integrity check allow all mods that the server is running. So if you run a server with mod this and that it will add that to the integrity check. And compare those mod files with the client mod files to see if they have been edited. And maybe something like a signature file like ARMA has. Than everybody has total freedom to run whatever they want on their server. And to block whatever mods they don't want on it by default. If i understand correctly from the discussion this is not the case right now. My question on this is.. Why would you not do it this way? Why was it decided to do it the way it's implemented now? Is there any advantage to that? The kind of system described above would at least save a lot of complaining on the forums. And save a lot of extra work. Cause right now all the addons from the most simple to the most complex ones need to be checked and approved. So time, man power and website space is saved by letting the players decide what and what not is acceptable on their server. Or am i seeing this wrong and i'm missing a big security flaw in a system like that?

  19. Thank you for the advice. I think i make inputs on different axis on accident. Might have to take care of that more. I'm used to F-15 and there it does not have this behavior in dogfights. Might have picked the bad habit from there. Good question on the music in the vid. I lost all my data on a corrupted disc. So i have no clue anymore. If you find out please tell me :)
  20. It is infuriating me. THis is Seriously a game breaking bug. I get 5 And lower FPS with this. And the guy that locks me up wont be able to shoot me cause i'm lagging all over. On a busy server i have to restart every 45 to 60 minutes.

  22. I have issue's with this trimming in close combat as well. If i start a turning fight i do what you guy's suggest and don't trim. But that makes my plane a wobbly wobbly in a turning fight. How to counter this? See my vid: [ame] [/ame] at 14:03 As you can see my plane go's all left right left right if i make these kind of turns and i continuously have to correct (I think my corrections make it all wobbly) . Any way to prevent that?
  23. Tried to explain him yesterday. But no he was sure it was a EOS bug. But just like i expected from his story yesterday it is a total loss of SA and using the wrong sensors to try and find him.
  24. You play to short.. Had almost all missions yesterday.
