That gets me every time... you would think it would move into "contact" position when he announces. I did manage several short and then a few minute + successful hookups earlier this evening. I'm finally getting the hang of constant dance required by the HOTAS. Just have to work on staying calm and continue to fly the plane after hookup. Probably just a glitch but, I realized after watching the track file external views that even on the cleanest connect, the boom nozzle will usually "connect" just aft of the actual refuel door opening.

Adjustable diopter is brilliant.

I'll keep that one in mind. Though the boom stays active between attempts. Just seems to want to "insert" further back than it should. Easier to understand by watching the track file in F2 mode.

Can someone please point out what it is I'm doing wrong? Feels like I'm in position (though still struggling). Trimmed out, Boom comes active, seems like this may FINALLY be the time I get hooked up, nozzle meets nose, only to continually pass through the aircraft.... only to repeat this scenario over and over. Curious "where" exactly is the OXRTK sharpening applied? I have played with the % multiple times while looking out at terrain and buildings as well as inside the cockpit, and I can't recall ever noticing any difference like I had experienced with 3DMigoto.

Ever want a feel for how HUGE DCS World is... trial the Combined Arms mod, hop in a Willy's Jeep and hit the road. The Vegas Strip was a hoot.

I had a few days ago just to see it it was still working but, haven't had it running during the last few sessions. Tired it, same effect. Disabling the toolkit fixed it, then I was able to switch the toolkit back on without issue. Definitely Necksafer... when enable, clearly shrinking FOV.

Weird issue lately... Everything is normal until DCS loads into the menu hangar. Then my view inside the G2 look skewed is 3 directions, like the view isn't centered. I can actually see the black edges of the panels. This only happens with DCS, not the WMR load screen, WMR OpenXR demo, or Steam. I have tried two repair installs. The effect is gone with OpenXR Toolkit disabled.

It's true for the G2 but, I don't use the controllers for flying.

I'd be all over it if they made a version that didn't require the additional expense of Lighthouse tracking. I only do VR seated.

I'm not real sure how the 2 work together, if at all but... My physical IPD is 61. While in the virtual cockpit I try to envision my actual shoulder width and use the DCS "IPD" scale to make it match. Left alone, something like the Thrustmaster Warthog stick always seemed tiny inside the A-10C for instance.

"IPD" in the DCS settings VR tab should not be confused with actual IPD Interpupillary Distance. DCS "IPD" controls basically the world scale, cockpit size in particular.

Just did a fresh DCS complete reinstall... now I can't pan or zoom view in F2. Mouse axis are set, but even trying to clear/reassign mouse Z isn't detected like most key binding.

Heck of a price point considering none of the other required hardware is included.

In BIOS, are both running same XMP profiles, REBAR and/or Smart Access Memory(SAM)?
