Are you using WinXP or Win7? BS2 Input folders are somewhere else than BS1. Those folders are only a copy. C:\Users\Neil\Saved Games\DCS BlackShark 2\Config\Input ^^ Thats where my input folders are, if for example I wanted to copy profiles across. The one in the Program files directory seem to be only for a copy.
